Our guide, Phillip, was so personable and friendly and even accommodated our intimate family group by allowing up to pick out points of interest. The park was so beautiful to explore on the spring day we visited. I would recommend AND go again myself!

Central Park bike ride boring and dangerous.

The park itself was pretty. Bike chain kept failing, seat could not be adjusted and no helmets provided. Guide seemed bored and made lots of politics commentary. Liability for this trip could be huge for Viator. Sideswiped once by speeder reading her phone.

Waste of money

At the collection point the guy told us that he knew nothing about the bikes when we were asking how we change gears as we weren’t familiar with them. Our guide said that he didn’t know and that it wasn’t his job to advise us it was the pick up points job. One bike was faulty and my friend had to go back and swap it before the tour could commence. Our guide Giovani was rude, patronising and kept mentioning about other bike riders not wearing underwear! Not the informative tour that we were expecting. Would definitely not recommend. Waste of money. Just grab the citibikes and a map.

The place didn’t get my reservation. They were so confused that I had booked through this site. Best to just call them or go to their website. Waste of time. Thankful for the refund on their part.

We had a great time. The bikes weren’t fitted to my youngest child very well so I would recommend double checking proper fit. It was a wonderful ride on a beautiful day. I especially liked that our tour guide allowed us to stop and walk around for a bit to get a closer look at and pictures etc.

Loved this experience! Tour guide rode at an easy pace and lots of downhill cruises with breezes on a hot and humid day. Informative history of Central Park and many picturesque stops. Must do and better with a guide. Also felt great to use different muscles than just walking!

The tour itself was very informative. I wished the tour guide would have rode faster in between stops. The biggest thing is the ride between where you pick your bike up and central park. You have to ride thru Manhattan traffic a little over 2 blocks. This is a very busy and dangerous traffic area.

Very Good tour. However, my reservation was not communicated to the bike tour shop and they were surprised when I got there. Even though I was the only one on the tour, they bent over backwards though to accommodate by calling in a tour guide who was there in 5 minutes. Robert was excellent. Very good experience.
