Nice to see for sure. Time Square is magnificent. But small things spoil the experience, firstly we didn't get the headphones, and secondly, when we took them, the sound was not good. I think $138 is overpriced.

We booked got confirmation and everything, but the information about the time to meet and leaving time they sent us was wrong so we missed it. Knowing there was only one bus leaving at 6 why would they tell us to be there at 6:30 and bus was leaving at 7. We weren't the only ones this happened to there were others that got the same message

False Advertisement! I did not participate in the advertised activity and have not received a refund for the misrepresentation! This tour does not depart every 20-30 minutes between 7-9pm as stated on the website.
I would recommend going with Top View tour bus instead because they do actually depart every 30 minutes and they are also cheaper.
Do not waste your money with this tour, they have no honor. I am not the only person this has happened to, you can read other reviews stating the same thing.

Even though cool mid October it was a great night of sites. Along the way it was the day tour which was great to receive, but there were not that many significant lights to see

Tour hits some great spots. Mindy our tour guide was a local so she had great insight on the city. The lower rating was because of the bus sound system. It would cut in a out and at times static. Our tour guide repeatedly apologized to the group. Over all it is a worth while tour.

Shelly was an awesome tour guide! Very knowledgeable and she even hopped off of the bus to retrieve a dropped cell phone! The tour covered a lot of ground and great recommendations were given if you have time to do more independent exploring. We had a great time!

After giving the wrong information on the meeting place, once arriving to the accurate spot the bus was gone and I tried to either get another ticket or be refunded. Inwhich neither occurred! I was sent a email stating I wouldn't be refunded so I never got my tour and was robbed of $124.00....so this is how new York treat the tourist that frequent their city!

We showed up 15 min early looking for the bus at the meeting point. I messaged the company right away with no response until two days later. Was told later that was not the correct meeting point even though that was the information given for the tour. I asked for a refund and they denied it.

Sean Hanson was an incredible, enthusiastic, fun tour guide during the Night Tour. Karl W. was our safe, focused driver who did an exceptional job, especially with protests occurring in the city. They both had our safety and satisfaction in mind during the whole tour!!! Sean’s knowledge of the city was quite impressive and his sense of humor entertained all of us! Would highly recommend the Night Tour for all visitors to the city!!!! It was enjoyed by all of us, including our 9 year old daughter!!!!

Our least favorite thing we did on our trip to New York. The guide spoke broken English, the earbuds or plug-ins didn't all work. We were in the covered section on the top, which was good. Cleaning the windows would help a lot.

I would have liked it more if the bus took us not just to the boroughs but also past more landmarks, like the Empire State building. We saw it only from a distance.
