There is construction around airport and the driver kept saying go where the arrivals are and tell him what door we were at. We don’t know the airport so we were not sure which area we were supposed to be at. I thought he was kind of curt with me when I called back asking what area was the area we were supposed to go to. I guess for the price I expected to be more courteous.

Amazing! My friend and I were traveling with four young kids and our flight arrived delayed and very late (1am). Our driver was professional and friendly, communicating with us when he noticed our flight was delayed . After a long travel we were happy to see Manuel on time & waiting for us at our correct baggage claim. Do not hesitate to book even though they have few reviews on Viator.

There is no meet and greet. The airport is a mess and it takes forever to find your ride. The driver tried their best but this was an awful experience that shouldn't be advertised as such. Wasted a good 45 minutes.

Camilla was absolutely amazing!! When I landed and turned in my phone I had a message from her that she was already there and waiting for me at baggage claim. She got my HEAVY bags and handled them like a champ! The ride was very smooth and she had nice music playing. When we arrived at my hotel on South Beach, the road is closed off for the promo made. She proceeded to wheel my bags on down the street and into the hotel. I couldn’t have asked for a better driver!

Our driver met us at the airport, and communicated well with us, as we made our way to baggage claim. She took us directly to our SUV, which was a beautiful, blacked out escalade. Once in the vehicle there was water and air-conditioning available. Although we didn’t need it, she actually carried a car seat in the vehicle. Her driving skills were professional, and caused us. No worries for safety. She knew how to navigate the Miami roads and traffic very well, she played trendy music, but kept it appropriate all of our needs we met, and we would book 100 times again
