This was a good tour. I learned a lot about Miami and I have been here several times. My only complaint, which is a big one, I didn’t like how the guide kept referring to liberty city and little Haiti as the ghetto. These are predominantly black areas and deserve to be spoken about in a better manner.

At the same time, they have traditionally been considered part of what many locals refer to as "the hood" due to their socioeconomic history and the challenges these communities have faced over the years.
Our intention was never to speak negatively about these neighborhoods or the people who live there. Rather, we aim to provide context about Miami's history, development, and cultural diversity. We have great respect for both communities and recognize their importance to the city's identity.

The tour guide was friendly and very knowledgeable, providing clear explanations throughout the trip. Although we didn’t have a lot of time at each stop, we were still happy to see and experience all the locations.
We also made a stop at an ice cream shop, which had delicious ice cream. Make sure to bring your own water or drinks, as none are provided. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would recommend this tour to others.

Harry our driver, I cannot say enough great words. He was very informative and you can tell he really wanted you to have a memorable and enjoyable tour. The van was very clean, comfortable and the a/c was nice and cold😊
The tour stops at areas we would have never gone to and they were great. All of which are great spots.

We had such a nice experience. Joan our tour guide was amazing, fun, and very patient which made the tour even more enjoyable. Regarding the traffic, we completely understand how frustrating that can be. Miami is a high-volume, high-traffic city, and unfortunately, road conditions are entirely out of our control. We always do our very best to manage timing efficiently and adjust routes when possible, but delays can sometimes extend the duration of the tour.
We kindly ask that guests evaluate the tour experience itself — the guide, the stops, and the overall service — as traffic in a city like Miami is, at times, simply part of the experience.

This was a great way for us to see various areas of Miami since we only had 1 day to visit.
I would recommend this excursion if you don’t have a car, don’t want to deal with the traffic (let someone else deal with it for you) and want to see a number of places.!

There were too many people in the vehicle. My family is tall and they were squished in the back. The tour guide was very personable but probably too sick for us to be in an enclosed vehicle with him. The tour would be better if it was longer. We stopped between 15-30 minutes at each location. It was too quick to really see much. I would’ve love to have an extra 1/2 hour in the art district and Havana. The locations and historical information were interesting.

Our vans are designed to comfortably accommodate all guests, and we take care to ensure adequate space for the group. However, if guests are particularly tall or require extra room, we always recommend booking a private tour so you can enjoy more space and flexibility.
It’s also important to note that your tour took place during the busiest season of the year, when shared tours naturally have higher occupancy. During this time, it’s normal for group vehicles to be fuller, and shorter stops are part of the shared tour format.
We appreciate your comments on the interesting locations and historical information, and we’re glad you found those aspects enjoyable. For guests who prefer more time at each stop, private tours remain the best option.

The communication was horrible! When I booked I was under the impression that I would be picked up from my home. I reached out to the tour company 3 times only to find out. That I had to go to Bayside Marketplace.The meeting point directions didn't match the pickup spot. The van was crowded, didn't get free water or coffee. Not a fault of the driver, but the translating for English and Spanish riders was irritating. The tour said three stops, but a 10 minute stop at a public beach was an absolute waste of time. The stop in Little Havana didn't allow enough time to get an authentic Cuban meal. I usually try to find something good during a tour/excursion. I don't have anything positive for this tour. Hopefully my comments will save someone from making the same mistake.

My main complaint is that the operator texted us 3 hours in advance of the excursion and told us we needed to be at the pickup spot earlier than I had been told previously. They were completely inflexible and stated that I would not be able to join if I didn’t get there on time.
Once on the tour, it was very rushed and we barely had time to see or learn about any of the things we saw. When we sat down for lunch, we were instructed that we had 20 minutes to order food and eat it.

We’re not sure where this expectation came from, but it isn’t included or mentioned in our descriptions. Need to have two people doing the tour. One to talk and share the to other to drive the van and ay attention to the road. Driver was very jerky to the point of nausea and very dangerous stopping on the highway to show you something you could barely see. Turning the music up very load was annoying also. His energy and enthusiasm were very entertaining and his knowledge was good but the safety and enjoyment was not there and I almost didn’t get back on after the first stop. My partner encouraged me to do the whole tour. I spoke to others and all had the same feelings. I would not recommend this tour if only one person shows up to operate two positions. It’s not safe nor enjoyable
