Really good experience with Manuel & Luis. Manuel kept the tour interesting. Great info on all the areas visited. Only suggestion, less time at the cigar shop, more time at the restaurant so we could have ordered a relaxed lunch.
It is our first time in Miami and I wanted to.get an overview of Miami I must say Andrew was an excellent guide he showed us the highlights of Miami and gave us history of Miami I definitely recommend doing this tour.
My experience with this company was horrible because they canceled the tour and failed to call. I found out that it was canceled after I had arrived at the meeting point and reviewing my emails. The least they could've done was give me a call as the tour I'm going on today, with a different company, gave a call to see if I had any questions.
This tour company used the excuse that they had a mechanical issue, but I'm very skeptical of that. I believe they didn't have enough people going on the tour, so they used the mechanical issue excuse.
Yohan was very knowledgeable and accommodating for travelers. He also provided the Miami vibe with the music from the area.
Andrew was an amazing tour guide. Extremely knowledgeable on the history of the area and very pleasant.

Visiting Miami for two nights as part of our vacation from UK, we wanted to get a bit of history and see the main sights.

What a fantastic tour of Miami - Our host Yoan was full of energy and so informative. We got such a good feel of Little Havana with music, cigars and the local coffee. Would highly recommend this tour. Really enjoyed ourselves

This was a good tour. I learned a lot about Miami and I have been here several times. My only complaint, which is a big one, I didn’t like how the guide kept referring to liberty city and little Haiti as the ghetto. These are predominantly black areas and deserve to be spoken about in a better manner.

Regarding Liberty City and Little Haiti, these are indeed important historical neighborhoods with rich cultural identities and significant contributions to Miami's history. At the same time, they have traditionally been considered part of what many locals refer to as "the hood" due to their socioeconomic history and the challenges these communities have faced over the years.
Our intention was never to speak negatively about these neighborhoods or the people who live there. Rather, we aim to provide context about Miami's history, development, and cultural diversity. We have great respect for both communities and recognize their importance to the city's identity.

The tour guide was friendly and very knowledgeable, providing clear explanations throughout the trip. Although we didn’t have a lot of time at each stop, we were still happy to see and experience all the locations.
We also made a stop at an ice cream shop, which had delicious ice cream. Make sure to bring your own water or drinks, as none are provided. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would recommend this tour to others.

Harry our driver, I cannot say enough great words. He was very informative and you can tell he really wanted you to have a memorable and enjoyable tour. The van was very clean, comfortable and the a/c was nice and cold😊
The tour stops at areas we would have never gone to and they were great. All of which are great spots.

Henry is a very Informative, friendly guide, small group made it rather pleasant. Ideal for first time visitors.
We had such a nice experience. Joan our tour guide was amazing, fun, and very patient which made the tour even more enjoyable. The day was beautiful the sites were wonderful and Joan was great making the overall experience a memorable one. Thank you!!! I highly recommend the tour which was perfect as we transitioned from our cruise to our flight home. We had just enough time to enjoy the sites, and treats before our vacation came to an end.

Fun and informative! Manuel was awesome! Traffic was horrible though, our 3.5 hour excursion became a 5 hour event.

Regarding the traffic, we completely understand how frustrating that can be. Miami is a high-volume, high-traffic city, and unfortunately, road conditions are entirely out of our control. We always do our very best to manage timing efficiently and adjust routes when possible, but delays can sometimes extend the duration of the tour.
We kindly ask that guests evaluate the tour experience itself — the guide, the stops, and the overall service — as traffic in a city like Miami is, at times, simply part of the experience.

This was a great way for us to see various areas of Miami since we only had 1 day to visit.
I would recommend this excursion if you don’t have a car, don’t want to deal with the traffic (let someone else deal with it for you) and want to see a number of places.!

There were too many people in the vehicle. My family is tall and they were squished in the back. The tour guide was very personable but probably too sick for us to be in an enclosed vehicle with him. The tour would be better if it was longer. We stopped between 15-30 minutes at each location. It was too quick to really see much. I would’ve love to have an extra 1/2 hour in the art district and Havana. The locations and historical information were interesting.

Our vans are designed to comfortably accommodate all guests, and we take care to ensure adequate space for the group. However, if guests are particularly tall or require extra room, we always recommend booking a private tour so you can enjoy more space and flexibility.
It’s also important to note that your tour took place during the busiest season of the year, when shared tours naturally have higher occupancy. During this time, it’s normal for group vehicles to be fuller, and shorter stops are part of the shared tour format.
We appreciate your comments on the interesting locations and historical information, and we’re glad you found those aspects enjoyable. For guests who prefer more time at each stop, private tours remain the best option.
Good overview of Miami with highlight walking around Little Havana. Manuel was our guide and rocked good 70’s music, was enthusiastic.
The communication was horrible! When I booked I was under the impression that I would be picked up from my home. I reached out to the tour company 3 times only to find out. That I had to go to Bayside Marketplace.The meeting point directions didn't match the pickup spot. The van was crowded, didn't get free water or coffee. Not a fault of the driver, but the translating for English and Spanish riders was irritating. The tour said three stops, but a 10 minute stop at a public beach was an absolute waste of time. The stop in Little Havana didn't allow enough time to get an authentic Cuban meal. I usually try to find something good during a tour/excursion. I don't have anything positive for this tour. Hopefully my comments will save someone from making the same mistake.
Yovan was amazing! Funny, knowledgeable and really kind to my mum who has some mobility issues. We had a brilliant time.

It was cancelled 90 minutes before the tour time, it really messed up our daily plan after we drove 2 hours from other town

I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused, especially after you drove two hours and had your day planned around the tour. Unfortunately, there are times when unexpected circumstances arise that are completely out of our control, and we have to make difficult last-minute decisions to ensure everyone’s safety and the quality of the experience.
We understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate your understanding. If there’s anything we can do to help make it right or assist with rescheduling, please let us know.
My main complaint is that the operator texted us 3 hours in advance of the excursion and told us we needed to be at the pickup spot earlier than I had been told previously. They were completely inflexible and stated that I would not be able to join if I didn’t get there on time.
Once on the tour, it was very rushed and we barely had time to see or learn about any of the things we saw. When we sat down for lunch, we were instructed that we had 20 minutes to order food and eat it.

Wonderful yprguide that takes you to see the landmarks and homes of the famous from Miami. All that was missing was time on the beach

However, we would like to clarify that at no point do we advertise a stop at the beach as part of this experience. We’re not sure where this expectation came from, but it isn’t included or mentioned in our descriptions. Because of that, we feel it’s a bit unfair to receive a lower rating for something that was never part of the tour.
