Great Tour perfect timing

We had such a nice experience. Joan our tour guide was amazing, fun, and very patient which made the tour even more enjoyable. The day was beautiful the sites were wonderful and Joan was great making the overall experience a memorable one. Thank you!!! I highly recommend the tour which was perfect as we transitioned from our cruise to our flight home. We had just enough time to enjoy the sites, and treats before our vacation came to an end.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable as we toured the various stops. You can tell he likes what he does! This was a great way for us to see various areas of Miami since we only had 1 day to visit. I would recommend this excursion if you don’t have a car, don’t want to deal with the traffic (let someone else deal with it for you) and want to see a number of places.!

Too crowded. Personable driver.

There were too many people in the vehicle. My family is tall and they were squished in the back. The tour guide was very personable but probably too sick for us to be in an enclosed vehicle with him. The tour would be better if it was longer. We stopped between 15-30 minutes at each location. It was too quick to really see much. I would’ve love to have an extra 1/2 hour in the art district and Havana. The locations and historical information were interesting.

Our vans are designed to comfortably accommodate all guests, and we take care to ensure adequate space for the group. However, if guests are particularly tall or require extra room, we always recommend booking a private tour so you can enjoy more space and flexibility. It’s also important to note that your tour took place during the busiest season of the year, when shared tours naturally have higher occupancy. During this time, it’s normal for group vehicles to be fuller, and shorter stops are part of the shared tour format. We appreciate your comments on the interesting locations and historical information, and we’re glad you found those aspects enjoyable. For guests who prefer more time at each stop, private tours remain the best option.

Waste of Time- Don't Do It

The communication was horrible! When I booked I was under the impression that I would be picked up from my home. I reached out to the tour company 3 times only to find out. That I had to go to Bayside Marketplace.The meeting point directions didn't match the pickup spot. The van was crowded, didn't get free water or coffee. Not a fault of the driver, but the translating for English and Spanish riders was irritating. The tour said three stops, but a 10 minute stop at a public beach was an absolute waste of time. The stop in Little Havana didn't allow enough time to get an authentic Cuban meal. I usually try to find something good during a tour/excursion. I don't have anything positive for this tour. Hopefully my comments will save someone from making the same mistake.

My main complaint is that the operator texted us 3 hours in advance of the excursion and told us we needed to be at the pickup spot earlier than I had been told previously. They were completely inflexible and stated that I would not be able to join if I didn’t get there on time. Once on the tour, it was very rushed and we barely had time to see or learn about any of the things we saw. When we sat down for lunch, we were instructed that we had 20 minutes to order food and eat it.

Beware it’s a two person job

Need to have two people doing the tour. One to talk and share the to other to drive the van and ay attention to the road. Driver was very jerky to the point of nausea and very dangerous stopping on the highway to show you something you could barely see. Turning the music up very load was annoying also. His energy and enthusiasm were very entertaining and his knowledge was good but the safety and enjoyment was not there and I almost didn’t get back on after the first stop. My partner encouraged me to do the whole tour. I spoke to others and all had the same feelings. I would not recommend this tour if only one person shows up to operate two positions. It’s not safe nor enjoyable

I had an incredible experience on the Miami city tour, exploring Miami Beach, Little Havana (Calle Ocho), and Wynwood Arts District — and I can't recommend it enough! The tour was made truly special by our fantastic guides, Manuel and Yoan, whose passion, knowledge, and friendly demeanor made the day unforgettable. Manuel was the perfect storyteller, sharing fascinating insights into Miami’s history, culture, and architecture. His enthusiasm made every stop come alive, especially in Little Havana, where his stories about Calle Ocho’s vibrant community and traditions really brought the neighborhood to life. He recommended the most delicious Mojito. The guides artistic expertise shone through in Wynwood, where their deep knowledge of street art and local artists added a rich layer of understanding to the colorful murals and creative vibe of the district. They were also very attentive and eager to answer all our questions, making everyone feel engaged and valued. The tour was well-paced, balanced, and full of exciting sights, from the stunning beaches of Miami Beach to the lively streets of Calle Ocho and the inspiring murals of Wynwood. It’s a fantastic way to get a true feel for Miami’s diverse culture and dynamic neighborhoods. We added the cruise of Millionaire’s Row. We were sad to leave Manuel and Yoan but we had another awesome guide that spoke eight languages. The only part that I did not like was they stated they were having a drawing and it was only to pitch to get the “winner” to sign up for something like a timeshare presentation. Overall, both tours exceeded my expectations thanks to the wonderful guides and the thoughtfully curated itinerary. If you're visiting Miami and want an authentic, fun, and educational experience, I highly recommend this tour with Manuel and Yoan and also the boat ride.

Jay, the guide, was amazing! The tour itself was fine, but it wasn’t what was advertised. Minimal walking (he said because of the heat, but we would have just signed up for a hop on hop off bus tour if we wanted to be sitting all day). No exploring the areas. It also said it included water & coffee. Water was given, but we never had coffee. One stop was to buy mojitos, at that point it should’ve been included with the ticket.

These stops are carefully timed to ensure we can cover all the highlights in the itinerary without compromising the experience for other guests or rushing later parts of the tour. We do include complimentary water and Cuban coffee as part of the experience. If you didn’t receive these, it may have been a simple case of missing the guide’s offer — we always encourage guests to stay close to the group to take full advantage of what's provided. We understand that guests often hope for more inclusions, and we do our best to strike a balance between value and price. Including additional items like mojitos would require a higher ticket cost, which many travelers prefer to avoid. Lastly, we’d like to point out that our tour offers much more than a traditional open-top bus experience. It’s a personable, curated journey with local insight, real interactions, and meaningful cultural stops — something that’s hard to replicate on a general hop-on, hop-off tour.
