Captain Henry was great! He pointed out dolphins, gave info on what we were seeing (wildlife and houses), and gave us a great day in the water. Our plan for the day had to pivot at the last moment due to weather, but we had a great time in Biscayne Bay, around Virginia Key, and seeing the impressive Homes of Miami Beach! Would definitely recommend Captain Henry and this tour.

Responding to your review: "I never got this service." Of course you didn't, YOU NEVER SHOWED UP!!! " I sent an email to cancel", LIAR!!! you never sent an email, I have searched all of my emails, trash, junk, etc and nothing. I also called Viator and they dont have any record of you canceling. "and now you are double charging me for this", LIAR again, you are getting charged once, for the time you didnt show up because of your negligence and failure to make just one call to Viator/TripAdvisor to cancel. I go out of my way to help customers and reviews prove it, I will not let your negligence lower my rating, I am requesting Viator to delete your unfair, full of falsehood review.
