It didn't work. Kept trying to take us back to the starting point. It was a waste of time and money. There was no one to talk to us.

This was a great way to explore the Everglades at our own pace. At points along the way, the audio gives information about the area. You do not need to watch the map, the audio automatically begins at each spot. If it is a hiking trail, information about the length and difficulty of the trail is given. The blurbs are relatively short yet informative. You can repeat items or pause them if needed. We found the audio to be fun and informative.

We thought we were getting in at Everglades City not Florida City. It wasn’t until I paid and downloaded the app did we realize it was at Florida City. Almost 3 hour drive one way for us.

The starting point - a bus pickup and drop off parking lot made the initial beginning point very confusing and wasted almost an hour of our time until we finally figured it out. Once we did the information was informative and even quite helpful. Once on our way we enjoyed our day.

This tour is launched from another app you have to download on your mobile device. I ended up having to call the helpline to figure it out and start it. It also confused me on where I had to be to start the tour. I’ve used other audio tours on apps before and found them much better. It wasn’t bad, just not as good as I had hoped.

After watching several videos, two of them twice, I was still unable to access the tour.
I downloaded an app. The app and video indicated that the tour was supposed to start as soon as I arrived at the starting address. I sat there in a parking lot waiting for a prompt or even a “start” button which did not arrive. I texted and then later called for assistance. I received a call back about 45 minutes after I had given up trying. I had already left the start point and was headed to my back up plan.
