Kool driver.....American.... you could understand him....other drivers are not from America....he treated us like family
Firstly, sit on the left for the best views of the tour highlights. It was a good initial tour to have of Hollywood. Ideally, I would have liked for the driver to have been clearer how to get back to the tour office which was where my Uber was picking me up. When he dropped us off at the Roosevelt Hotel is wasn’t a far walk but walking by oneself might not be the safest. I will say that the I got off of the bus last - the driver was on the sidewalk and I walked two feet passed him to get out of the way of oncoming walkers. The driver took that as an affront and loudly said “are you going to be the only one on the tour to not tip me?”
In all my many travels I’ve never had someone say that. I had all intentions of tipping him - I was just trying to stand out of the way of tourists. I try to walk in others’ shoes and thought maybe he’d had a bad day so even though I was embarrassed and mortified I still tipped him.
I saw the Walk of Fame then walked to the tour office before 6 pm to find they were already closed and the street deserted. Luckily several doors down a small restaurant was open so I stood in front of it waiting for my scheduled pick up 30 minutes later.
Don’t plan to stop and it varies with the person you get. Photo ops are possible if you are quick with your camera.
Great basic tour of different areas of LA. Right mix of history and Hollywood culture. Very funny guide. Enjoyed it.
My very 1st tour absolutely loved the tour. The tour guy was amazing. The view was amazing. Would change my experience.

It was ok. We didn’t want to drive around ourselves and wanted to learn some history. We didn’t learn much but it filled up our day.
Very friendly staff missed our pick up location and picked us up enroute, Good music and driver was very entertaining
Great experience to take a look around LA and learn more about the history and what is happening now. Sam was our driver and host and did a great job, with a sense of humor!
Overall good tour through the celebrity homes and Beverly Hills, bit difficult to take pictures at times
We book for 7 people with a 86 year old elderly person. This was communicated in the special instructions. At the meet up location it was not disclosed that we would be dropped off at a different location. The driver for our tour drove the bus extremely fast and dangerously. This was scary. Remember we had an elderly person with us. It was cold and windy. Once the tour was completed we were dropped off at another location. We explained we did not know where we were. We couldn’t walk to the location we were picked up from, which is where our car was parked. The driver explained he did not work for the company, and that was but was helping the tour company out that we booked through. This made me very upset as this was not disclosed. This person could have jeopardized our lives. He did not work for the company and should not have driven us anywhere!!!
Brian was AMAZING!!! He showed us all around Hollywood, the rich area, and Beverly Hills. He told us all the stuff that's going on in the area.
Excellent service and staff. Very courteous and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my tour as a new visitor to Los Angeles, California.
It was a great purchase. Our guide, Disco was very informative. Just remember to dress accordingly for the weather. It is an open bus and windy at times.
The tour guide was knowledgeable and had a very funny sense of humor. Saw lots of stars' homes past and present, rode through the Beverly Hills shopping area. Great experience! Great experience! Great experience! Great experience!

Riding through Beverly Hills must have been fantastic, too, given its iconic shopping districts. Your enthusiasm is infectious—it's clear you really enjoyed yourself! Do you have any favorite moments from the tour that stood out?
My wife loved the tour, it was decent value for money given the time spent on the tour.
The driver was pretty good at commentating.

We went on a two hour tour of the celebrity houses but there is a law that does not allow them to stop so they carried on and so we couldn't really see the houses. Though we paid for two hours, the tour was 1 hour 30 minutes. Wasn't worth the money and had to tip the driver $25.. Which is quite a lot considering the service.

Long, boring and unpleasant trip with a lot of pointless information. Instead of few stops with memorable and stunning views, we were driven through and hopping to manage to take any interesting photos. The driver was ok, but the vehicle was below any comfort, very old and with technical problems. Very disappointed and will not recommend. Don’t waste your money on this particular tour. We paid enough, but despite this there were signs inside the vehicle with requests to tip the driver of minimum 10 $ each. In our opinion- you tip only if you had a great experience and you are happy with the service. So in conclusion- waste of time and money. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

We‘ve booked the tour and arrived 10 minutes before, we were then told that the tour got cancelled but that we could just join the next tour, that was supposed to leave 1 hour later. Since we’ve had other plans for the evening, we couldn’t join the proposed tour and we were told that they’ll transfer the money back. Still waiting for it… wouldn’t recommend at all.

Didnt get to experience the trip because we had an unfortunate situation occur and got their late, and when we called to ask for refund and explain the situation, was told there was nothing thst could be done about it.

On time. Quick and exactly as promoted. Easy for kids. Driver is informative. You can’t see much just the fences of the houses :)

Really nice employees. Has a bathroom at meeting location. If wanted you can hop off at the Chinese theater. It's a little fast for some of the sights due to traffic and the picture of the vehicle is different. It's a standard shuttle buss without windows.

Took my mom as a birthday gift. The tour was nothing special but it was a nice ride. The things visited was hidden behind trees and not visible so didn'tmake it too interesting.

A great speedy way to tour Hollywood and surrounding areas. If you want great pics, this isn't the trip for you. There is no stopping except for a couple places we quickly pulled over in the hills to enjoy the view. No getting off/on anywhere. The trip starts right on time so plan time to get parked and over to the meeting location. We parked at a private lot around the corner for $15. The driver was fun and knowledgable. Staying downtown for business this was the perfect break to relax and see some sights we really wouldn't have seen any other way. Beautiful streets of Beverly Hills, Laurel Canyon, celebrity homes, Walk of Fame, Rodeo Dr and all kinds of facts along the way. We really enjoyed the 2 hours.

Tour guide Sammy is lovely and really knowledgable. I have no negatives about the tour itself or the company/guide, but what I will say is central Hollywood e.g. the walk of the fame isn’t what we thought it would be! It’s not so glam, more Blackpool (Brits will understand what I mean there!) or could compare it a bit to Freemont street in Vegas, once glam but not so much now, quite tacky and very overcrowded. But apart from that it was super interesting to see the homes of the rich and famous (those that still live here, not many!) and Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive, plus Sunset plaza, lots of music and film history. If you want a good value mini tour this is good and gives lots of inspo of nice places to visit on your trip (and maybe where not!). Thanks Sammy for your great driving (stopping to let us all take photos!), knowledge and humour.
