My family and I have used your services as recently as a month ago on our European 50th anniversary Cruse. I needed to cancel this trip and did two hours before my tour time. This was due to my wife getting ill and we were not able to make it. I had been in correspondence with two of your representatives to see if they can make an accommodation as we are retired and on a fixed income. We asked if we can change the date.
