The driver that took us to JFK dropped us off at arriving flight claiming there was less traffic, when he should if dropped us off at departing. I'm a senior citizen that requires wheelchair assistance and I ended up walking seems like forever to get to the departure side, then I had to walk even more to Emirates. For the money I paid this was unacceptable

Sam our driver was punctual considering our flight had landed early so we didn't have to wait which was great after such a long flight. He got us to our hotel missing all the tolls. He helped with the luggage and was great all round

This was almost the perfect end to our wonderful stay in NYC.
Once the booking was made, we had perfect communication from the company, and then the driver.
On the day, the driver wanted to pick us up earlier, as there was traffic close to the airport.
When he arrived he had to double park outside the hotel due to the amount of cabs there. Maybe he should have arranged to meet us at one of the side entrances.
The car was not clean, which is understandable, but the inside of the car wasn’t pristine either. There was Chinese music playing, and then no music.
The driver was not happy doing his job. He constantly mentioned the traffic and how long it’s taking to get to the airport. We were expecting an hour. It took 6 minutes longer.
However, we were departing from different terminals. We were dropped at each of our departure points, which was very much appreciated.
