He sent us a picture of the number plate we were not even waiting 5 mins he was brilliant.
So lovely and courteous and his driving was impeccable 👌 no speeding no zipping in and out of traffic very steady a lovely journey

This was by far one of the worst experiences I have booked. For starters, there was no contact with me to confirm who my driver would be and where to meet. I had to call the company and they could not provide the information. They said they put in an email request and I had to wait for a response, meanwhile I’m at the airport with my bags and no transportation information. I finally received a message ( via WhatsApp) from the driver. I was a bit leery and even wondered if this was a scam. Why would I be contacted on WhatsApp and what if I did not have the what’s app installed on my phone? I felt like this was very unprofessional for Viator. While waiting for one driver I was sent a message that there was a new driver coming to pick me up, which again was another red flag. After about 20 minutes, the driver showed up and the car was nasty, dirty and had a terrible odor. Again, I was very disappointed in the service from Viator and should have just used the Lyft or Uber ride-share . I have used Viator in the past and have had pretty good experiences, but this was by far the worst so far!

I appreciated the communication before arrival and about the drive as the driver was not able to communicate with us. No biggie, but this really is just a transfer service. No "look over there that's ..." There was water waiting for us in the car, which was nice, but there was a lot of black duct tape on the bumper and in the car, which took away from the "fancy" feeling of having a private pick up. We paid less to get a taxi back to the airport at the end of our trip.

The experience was as OK as if I had taken a taxi or Uber... I don't think it was worth the value and yet the driver who took me stressed himself 2 times with other cars, even mocking one of them. I don't think I'd buy it back in NYC no, just if it might be somewhere farther away, but I still think an Uber would have done the job much better.
