Our guide was great, very knowledgeable about the Island. Very kind and courteous. The caves were beautiful, definitely a must see if you visit Bermuda. Small private group on the transfer from the cruise pier.

Beautiful caves!

The great thing was we got to go into both caves. The bad thing was we were picked up by a man driving a taxi who did not give us much information about Bermuda at all. I had to constantly ask questions and many of them he could not answer. People that took the tour with the shift said their bus driver was constantly talking and giving them information. I was a little disappointed with the BUEII.

Absolutely go see the Crystal Caves however this “tour” is completely self guided. It is a ride to and from with ticket prices included. Several different drivers dropping us off and picking us up at each location.

Buyer beware!!! This is a glorified taxi service. If you have a car definitely just drive to Crystal Caves. The caves are worth the experience! The Bermuda Underwater Exploration is cheesy, if you like that sort of thing Bottom line.. I paid 300.00 for two tickets through Viator. When we finished the cheesy tour in 25 minutes we were stuck waiting 50 minutes for the guy, who by the way, is a taxi service because he refused to pick us up early. Viator does not truly represent what you are paying for. Save your money, drive yourself or get your own taxi. Their was ZERO benefit to booking through Viator

Never found tour. Couldn't call as their phone blocked calls. Terrible experience. Expect full refund but haven't gotten any response to my request.

Enjoyed seeing the BUEI and the Crystal Cave. The underwater institute was very interactive and kid friendly. Crystal cave was well presented and enlightening!
