This tour is memorable with beautiful scenery and remarkable history. There is substantial walking. We walked six miles on this tour, mostly on hills

Thank you for the review Lawrence. We are very happy , that you enjoyed the tour and were able to complete it given ,that your group were all seniors. Ruben your guide even made arragements for one the guests to enter the iniciatic well of Quinta da Regaleira by the exit because with a quad cane the guest would not be able to descend 100 feet of stairs ,so they were still able to enjoy it. I believe that in the 8 hours of the tour you walked 6 miles but I feel obligated to our readers to clarify that its not all hills . The distance from the car park ,passing through the village of Sintra and ending in Regaleira is about one mile and half and we break it down with stops along the way where you can sit down and its mainly flat,although, when you arrive at Regaleira there is a hill thats is 300 yards and once you reach the well its mainly walking down.So walking to Regaleira and back its 3 miles . Pena Palace from the gate to the entrance you took the transfer (a little bus), from the transfer stop to the entrance its 50 yards and there is an elevator that goes up two floors, that you took to visit the Terraces. Cape Roca is mainly flat , Cascais is also flat and in both locations you only have to walk as much you want ,so if you dont have to walk very far there are option like cafés viewpoints ,decks and ice cream shops to relax and unwind. Everytime we have a booking I send a message to our travellers saying I am available to help with any questions and because this is a private tour you can costumize it any way you prefer , so when i contacted you in April and exchanged messages the following months even two weeks before the tour ,you never mentioned limitations on mobility of the group ,which aparently you don´t have because you walked six miles and there was never an issue. Lawrence I hope if you come back to Portugal we have the oportunity the be your tour company again and as our guests from former reviews know ,we cater to all types of mobility were you can choose to walk less and be driven more. Bruno truly has curated an incredible experience for anyone visiting Lisbon and beyond. We had such an amazing day touring the castles and exploring the small towns outside of Lisbon. From the moment I booked, Bruno immediately reached out with info about the trip. He was so easy to talk to and so responsive. He tailored our day perfectly for our needs, and even made dinner reservations for us in another part of Lisbon for us to explore. He was so enthusiastic, funny , kind and a great photographer ! Hoping we get back to Portugal in the future and will definitely reach out to him in the future for any of our needs .
