Natalia was terrific—friendly, funny and very informative! The tour was hot so be prepared with sunscreen and a hat. We were thankful for water/drink stops and the Ginga shots were a highlight!

The tour was very nice and the tour guide was excellent. Our tour guide Belen did a great job providing historical information in a way that kept us interested. We stopped at various points during the tour that she explained well, got to get some pastel da nata (yum!), see beautiful viewpoints, and try some ginja in chocolate cups!

The tour was great. Best guided tour I have been to so far. Ana was an incredible tour guide, very informative and presented everything in such a fun, enjoyable manner. Didn’t feel the time at all! The tour guide never showed up. Sent them a message a never heard back. There was no other way to contact the tour company

Shocking!

It’s never a good start when the tour which is due to start at 10am kicks off at 10:15 because there were people who had reserved and not arrived…. I find this really rude as it gives the impression that my wine is not valued, but specially noting that there was a 10:30 tour they could have joined! We spent the first 15 minutes talking to us at the starting point and then we were off to the next point - he then tried to take us in a church during a good Friday service which lacked respect. After a slight delay we went to the next point and it was here we decided to leave the tour as it was so poor. We’ve done walking tours all around the world but this by far was the worst! Don’t bother!

Notre guide Vivian a été fantastique: passionnée, elle raconte l’histoire de la ville de Lisbonne (les principaux sites) avec moult commentaires intéressants. Vivian a su s’adapter au rythme de chacun, même mon fils de 12 ans s’est montré intéressé! Merci à Vivian pour cette super présentation de la ville qui nous a donné un bon aperçu de Lisbonne et nous a ensuite permis de choisir les monuments que nous souhaitions visiter.
