Get outdoors and explore a spectacular natural wonder—the Emerald Cave—on this kayaking adventure. After setting off from Willow Beach Marina, paddle along the Colorado River past interesting sites such as a 1920 ’s era government project, the Black Canyon, and finally—the picturesque Emerald Cave. Traveling on a kayak allows you to access remote, hard-to-reach nature spots without the worry of getting lost as a guide takes care of the navigation.

- We offer single or tandem (2 seater) kayaks. Please specify which kayak you would prefer.
- The Emerald Cave is just a small cutout of the mountain for a great photo op!
- If you select self drive option, you will be meeting us at the marina. Have reliable transportation to meet us, there is NO cell service at the marina to call a ride share.
- If you have chosen and paid for this tour with shuttle, pick up times are: Venetian 110 minutes before, Bellagio 100 minutes before and Mandalay Bay 90 minutes before your tour start time
- Message us if you need a 2XL or larger life vest
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 48 travelers

Colin was a great guide and very knowledgeable about the area. Beautiful scenery. The cave was a bit disappointing (small and lacked color) but really enjoyed kayaking on the river.

It was first time kayaking experience as a family activity and was fun. Our instructor Ryan was very helpful and friendly. He provided interesting insights about Emerald cave and nearabouts. It was a decent 5 mile kayak however Ryan got us through.

A three hour experience with a very informative tour guide. He took us throughout the emerald cave while telling us all about the nature and the history. We are from out of town this was for my birthday and it was 100% worth the hour drive from Vegas. Tour guide provides snacks and will take you on a hike. The water is beautiful I wouldn’t have had our experience any other way. Jeff is amazing.

It was wonderful ! Our guide Calvin was awesome. Very knowledgeable young man with a lot of history and information about the environment. We went in August so I suggest you carry a cooling hat and cooling towel that you can keep wetting.

An amazing experience. Went today with my husband and had no idea what to expect. Our guide, Calvin, was amazing! Very knowledgeable, personable and funny! He told us about historical facts along the river and was mindful of our group and safety (including keeping hydrated and reapplying sunscreen). We had a great time and would definitely book again!

Just got back from an incredible three-hour kayaking tour with Evolution Expeditions to the Emerald Caves on the Colorado River, and I'm already planning my next trip! The experience was absolutely breathtaking. Paddling through the crystal-clear waters, surrounded by stunning canyon walls, was an unforgettable adventure. The highlight, of course, was the Emerald Cave itself – a true natural wonder that photos just can't do justice.
