I booked a vegas pool party crawl by party bus. Once booked the host contacted me via text on where the pick up is going to be, I'm new to Vegas plus Construction is everywhere so I'm confused on how to get there. The host and I are texting back and forth, we're both confused at this point so the party bus left without us, she said we could catch the next bus AT 2:20pm. our 1st bus was 11am so approaching the time she texted, I CALLED so it won't be any more confusion, SHE DIDN'T ANSWER so I texted her again and it was the same confused conversation as last one. She told us to be at this place at 2:20 we make it there at 2pm to tell us that she left already. We couldn't get in the pool party without her so we called for a refund and they denied it... I WOULD NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN.

We are sorry you couldn't make it to the check in on time. We sent you the itinerary the previous day. We make it a point to have everyone check in at a certain time because that is when the venue wants us there.

The Daylight day club was beautiful, and wasn’t packed so it was perfect. Our host on the party bus was Luis, he was a lot of fun. Drinks on the bus were good. We never stopped at the Las Vegas sign like the description said, but that was fine with us. The second day club we went to was Ayu and the pool there was so small, it was already packed when we got there. My only complaint is we paid for the VIP which said we’d get top shelf liquor. Everyone got the same liquor options, we didn’t need to spend the extra for VIP if it doesn’t get you anything more. Other than that, we had a blast.

I do know that we sent you a text message the day before your experience with all of the details, including check-in location, check-in time & itinerary. This message was sent to the phone number you provided. Also, upon purchasing this experience, the check-in location and time was selected by you. That same information was on the confirmation email you received when you purchased it. For that, I do feel that we conveyed the tour details to you in a timely manner.

The first to parts were great and the music/foods/vibes were amazing! Our host Luis was freaking amazing and kept us litttt! At the last location for the pool party I personally felt as though the music was not versatile enough for me, it was really just techno music/mixes 👎🏾 I could only handle but so much techno music lol. But overall a great time!

Pool parties were LIT and our bus was amazing too! Our host was super fun and nice and made sure we were all having a good time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Definitely doing this again when I visit Vegas!

At best, 2 stars. The other travelers are what made it fun! We were supposed to meet at Daylight Beach Club, but location was changed Azilo just under an hour and a half before arrival time (I think that’s why a group of 6 gals missed the first pool party at Azilo). This was also 1 of 2 places on the “crawl”. The description made it sound like a “crawl” but we only went to one other club after Azilo, which was Elia club. The tour guide, Nicole, mentioned a “tour” on the bus, but no information was given or shared about the strip or the city. Me and my friend paid for the “VIP” upgrade, but literally everyone on the bus got the same benefits we did - which is cool, but another couple mentioned they didn’t pay for the upgraded VIP, so not sure what the upcharge was for? Plus, halfway on the “tour” - the mixers ran out (coca-cola, etc.) so it appears they did not prepare for the number of guests on this trip. Also, our wristband got us free drinks until 2:00pm at Elia, but by the time we got dropped off and turned our bags into security, it was past 2:00pm. And that was it! No other rides or clubs. We met at the first club, drove to the next, and that was it. It would be appreciated it if better time management can be kept so we can actually use our wristbands at the second location. Would be great if the “VIP” option could be removed or actually made a VIP benefit. Would not recommend this tour!

I'm sorry you had a subpar experience on our tour. I took your criticism of what we offer seriously, and I have updated the booking process on this platform to reflect our tour schedule on Sunday being different from the other days. I don't exactly understand your disparagement of us offering this as a crawl or tour. We do offer 2 pool parties and a 45 minute party bus ride in between. This is clearly explained in our description. Also, we do note that the venues may change based on availability. We do not own these venues, we are just lucky enough to offer our customers fast-pass admission into these venues. Finally, nowhere on our tour description do we state that Elia Beach will give you free drinks. The fact that they did that day is just an added bonus.

I would like to apologize for leaving you after the first venue. Trust me, there is absolutely no way we would have left you intentionally. We run on a strict schedule and unfortunately you were a little behind. That’s why I offered to pick you up in my personal vehicle and take you to the second pool. I understand why you declined, the party bus is one of the highlights of the tour.

This was a great day. I do however think that 11am is too early as the first pool party we went to was empty. They also said we would be stopping at the ‘welcome to vegas sign’ but that never happened. I Al so think that as part of the package an area to sit would make this so much better. None of the group had anywhere to sit other than in the edge of the pool despite there being beds that weren’t taken. The 2 pool party we went to was loads better and more people were there too.

This was a great experience first time on a party bus. The vibe on the bus was great and Kira kept the shots coming! Only down fall was I paid for the “VIP” package which I understood as top shelf liquor, which everyone on the bus got served the same liquor items. And it was supposed to include a picture with the las Vegas sign. Otherwise great time!

Tina was a great host, but the first drop off pool sucked it was small no party going on. The 2nd pool at virgin hotel was better. I didn’t like that we had to find our own ride back I think the bus should be able to take us back where we got picked up from.
