R was a lot of fun. Yet it wasn’t as expensive as other places. Kayaking whil physical was not as extensive as working out at a gym. Meaning no need and think you have to be in the best shape possible.

Although the scenery was beautiful, the tour guide was nearly a quarter of a mile ahead of us. Two individuals in our group fell out of the boat, and we had to yell and scream for his assistance. He was very dismissive of us, which didn't make for a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely participate in this experience again with a different tour guide.

OK so it was great. You can bring a bag to leave in the van. You can change at whole beach there are restrooms and a store there. It was really fun. It was windy that day so it was more exercise than we bargained for. Elyjah our guide was great. Highly recommend

The kayak tour is great, however the description for what your getting is false. There are no snacks. The tour guide was completely unaware of this. I even messaged Viator the day before as I received a text that said no food so I reverted back to the description and they replied yes there are snacks but No lunch will be be served. No problem. Didn't pack anything based on that information and there were no snacks and you had to purchase more even though I could have brought my own snacks that I had already purchased but I was told not needed. So be careful what your spending your money on.

Really disappointed with the process this business has. They waited a few hours before the tour time to tell me that they are canceling the trip and i need to go to viator to request a refund which i did. They did refund me the following day but they ruined one of 4 vacation days i had.

I enjoy this excursion so much got so much peace being on the lake which is absolutely beautiful Mike was such a great host, he knew so much on the history of the lake mead the Hoover Dam, and Boulder City he kept us educated, which is something I love to know the history of places I am visiting. It was an exciting time book it you won’t regret it.

The company did not wait for us as we were in communication with the guide. We then were met with an empty parking lot even though we were talking to the guide! Very poor taste and the lack of assistance in getting a refund (which they denied) was atrocious! Would not recommend Viator nor the company to anyone if you are not a local!

Beautiful kayak tour at the Colorado River to see Emerald cave. The water was pretty green even though it was the wrong time of year and too early for it to Glow. Mike or tour guide was great! He was very patient and supportive and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the area and did a great job checking in with everyone throughout the tour.

A beautiful kayaking trip on the Colorado. The winds caused the paddle back a bit more challenging. Our guide, Captain Mike, was very knowledgeable about what we needed to do do to stay safe & about what we were seeing as we paddled the river. He was also very personable & had other interesting life experiences such as working in the Cirque de Soleli "O" show. If you enjoy paddling this is a nice was to spend a couple of hours.

James was fantastic. I booked this trip last minute and went solo. When I showed up at the meet up spot to picked up on the strip, I was the only woman on the trip which worried me but everyone was very nice. Signed the waiver in person and through the trip, got a history lesson as we were driving and kayaking. I brought a backpack and was able to keep it in the dry area of the kayak. I wore a swim suit under my clothes but didn’t get as wet as I thought. Deff recommend doing it earlier in the day to avoid the heat and crowds.

I would highly recommend this trip to any nature lovers. It was great to get off the strip and experience the beautiful and refreshing Colorado river. Elijah was an awesome tour guide and so friendly from the get go. Everything ran on time and smoothly. We got to see 2 bald eagles, a blue heron a skink and lizards. The historical sites and the cave were really cool. The kayak trip was a definite highlight of our stay in Las Vegas. It’s totally worth it to get up early and get on the river.

Elijah our guide was good and we all had a good time. The only thing that put us off was at the meeting point. I was forced to park in a designated area then had to pay $20 to a random guy for parking when there were many other spots available. I didn't feel confident about moving because I did know what would happen to my car. There was nothing in the info about having to pay for parking at the meet up spot. I felt like I got scammed so not a good way to start a trip!

Amazing kayaking trip! Keith and Elyjah were amazing guides. Really knowledgeable on the history of the park and were so positive and encouraging for many of us first time kayakers. Great with the kids and made the whole experience really fun. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Atmosphere was terrific. Views were amazing. Our instructors, Keith & Elyjah, were amazing. They knew what they were doing when it came to kayaking. They were always helpful when anybody needed anything from supplying us our snacks and water to keep us hydrated to stopping or slowing down to make sure we all stayed together. Their experience, charisma and helpfulness all brought positive vibes and made for an even better experience.

The tour was very terrible. Viator puts very vague descriptions of the tours and you will find out that you got the worst service when it is too late. The pickup was not from hotel. It was a remote place where I had to pay $40 for Uber. I flipped over to the cold water and the guide never showed up to help. They gave us a ride in a wrecked old van and the guide was listening to his favorite music very loudly

This tour was organized from the start. I had a question about the age of my children and if they could make the trip and the tour got back to me right away and indicated my 12 year old could kayak in her own boat. Our guide (Blake) was friendly and fun and had a lot of information about the river and the surrounding city. We felt safe and comfortable. The only thing I would say against the tour was that the equipment was a bit old and out of date. The tour company could invest in some new lifejackets at the very least. But we would go again with this group.

Blake showed us a safe place to dive off a rock into Colorado river. So cool and refreshing ! He also helped my daughter get started kayaking without embarrassing her.

Booked this trip from home country Canada, when I arrived in Vegas there was an excessive heat warning the day of our trip it was 111 degrees F and public health administer recommendations said not to exert oneself and to stay out of the heat. This company would not return my money, or offer an alternative activity, or even respond to my emails.

Do the early time, worth it to be out earlier. Less crowded and not as hot. Get Keith if you can very knowledgeable and helpful. Hat, long sleeve water shirt, sunscreen, sunglasses and phone lanyard of some sort are a must.

This was such a good trip! The early tour is perfect, giving you enough time to take in the trip and get back to have the evening to go out on the town. Blake was the best tour guide! So helpful, encouraging and knowledgeable about the area. Such a fun guy! The views were gorgeous. Would definitely go again!
