Horrible!

Kathy_D, Apr 2026
Yea I will leave a review. I booked this day trip to the Grand Canyon for my cousin and I in November. Received an email just a couple of days before we were supposed to go that the trip had been cancelled. No explanation . I had to email them back and ask why. I was told that there were not enough people signed up and I would be receiving a refund in 3-5 days. 7 days later and no refund yet! Next year we will just go and stay near the canyon and take ourselves on a tour . Thanks for nothing.

Disappointed!

Ed_I, Feb 2026
Had no experience they cancelled the trip. I heard because they couldn’t get a bus load. We didn’t notice the email sent canceling the trip because of all the confusion flying in from NY. Got up at 5:00 AM on 2 hours of sleep to find out the trip was canceled at the pickup location.

Poor communication

Melissa_J, Feb 2026
Booked a day trip for Grand Canyon. Very poor communication. Expected to be picked up at 6 am at our hotel, unable to contact tour operator for exact location of pick up at hotel. No show. No reply to message sent night before. Then told by Viator would need approval from tour company for refund.

Sucked

Cancelled day before event and no explanation except unforeseen circumstances. I’m from Boston so ruined our trip

Great Experience

Diana_G, Feb 2026
Great experience! Great time! It was very windy and cold in February, be prepared. Skywalk was amazing

Canceled

CoCo_D, Feb 2026
Excursion cancelled because the bus broke down. An operator called the night before the excursion and cancelled. It seems this happens quite frequently. It is probably time to get a new bus!

Christopher_W, Feb 2026
Was annoyed that pick up point was changed last minute. That aside tour guide Kevin was very amusing and informative. Canyon is not to be missed.

Last minute cancellation by tour operator

Dan_V, Jan 2026
Incredibly poor. Received a message from the tour operators at 9pm on the evening before notifying us that it was “no longer available”. There was also no reason given, so would assume they accidentally overbooked but didn’t want to admit it.

Unforgettable Canyon, Friendly Guide

Rabia_T, Dec 2025
The Grand Canyon was absolutely breathtaking and worth the trip. Lalila, the tour guide, was very friendly and amazing. Unfortunately, the driver was rude, there were unnecessary stops that made the tour longer, and the bus was uncomfortably hot and had to request for air conditioning.

Great experience. A must see ! One of Mother Nature s creations Robert our tour guide is so informative. Nelson our driver made sure our trip is safe / smooth ride

A great, but long, trip

Andrew_M, Dec 2025
This was a nice trip with great views and the guide was excellent. The issue is it’s just so long and it could be reduced if the bus didn’t stop constantly for snacks and rest breaks. The breakfast and lunch also took up time that wasn’t really needed as there were so many stops so I just felt it could be done in half the time - as is common with these things - so we got picked up at 6:20am and didn’t get back until about 8pm so much longer than advertised.

Broken bus

Mary_A, Dec 2025
Our tour guide Laila and bus driver Nelson were excellent. Our tour started out great but our bus broke down and the rest of our day was disappointing. The company did send a new bus out but that delayed us 2 1/2. Hours. By the time we got to the Grand Canyon It gave us limited time to explore the whole experience. Also arriving so much later in the day was much colder which also made this less enjoyable. What was even more frustrating is that the company who was great at giving you updates about pickup times and places has not reached out at all with an apology or compensation for the huge trip inconvenience. Terrible customer service. The grand Canyon of course was breathtaking, but the day was mentally exhausting.

Great Destination but average experience

Syed_S, Nov 2025
Our guide, Kevin, was enthusiastic and clearly passionate about his job, which I appreciated. However, his explanations were often long-winded and lacked focus, making it difficult to follow the information he was trying to share. I also asked him about the bus departure time, and he told me it would be at 6:40. I stepped away briefly to grab a coffee, but the bus departed earlier than the stated time. Thankfully, I made it back just in time. When I returned, Kevin was unnecessarily rude despite the fact that I arrived before the time he had given me. Overall, while the tour itself was beautiful, the experience with the guide could have been more organized and respectful.

Amazing experience!!!!

It was great!!! We love it. Instructions were clear all the time. Curty did a great job guiding us step by step. We also learned a little bit of history during the trip.

What a great experience. Curty did a great job. He was very informative and at the same time very entertaining.

Slow start but got much better

Paul_H, Nov 2025
The pickup area was chaotic. Several other tour buses were there with dozens of patrons trying to figure out which bus was theirs. Tour guides were shouting names but nobody could hear due to the sheer number of people assembled in one small space. Turns out, none of the buses was ours. Our bus arrived about 10 minutes after we were supposed to depart. And we were told to be there 15 minutes early! Way too much stress for that early in the morning. Once the tour started, it was great. Comfortable bus, professional driver, and great guide. Pre-ordéred breakfast and lunch which we ate on the bus. Saved travel time. The guide was awesome explaining details all along the way. And of course, the views at the Grand Canyon are just indescribable. Gotta see it for yourself.

Entertaining Ride

Ashley_D, Nov 2025
I enjoyed my ride to the Grand Canyon. Robert is an excellent tour guide, well- informed and very good at what he does. Overall the trip was great. The ride there didn't seem long at all because Robert kept us entertained. I didn't really enjoy lunch. it was just okay.

Amazing Experience

Mila_D, Nov 2025
We had a very unforgetable experience. Curty our tour guide is absolutely amazing. He gave us a lots of information and took care of us during the entire tour.

The tour that could have been better

Pamela_J, Nov 2025
The trip was long and boring, however, the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon West Rim were impressive. The Sky Walk was amazing, but a little scary and the history of the Indian tribe that owns the property was very interesting. You are in assigned seats, which made me feel that I was in elementary school again. The cons on that trip was the breakfast and lunch that you pay over $30 for was a real bummer. You pick up your bagged meals from a soup kitchen in route to Hoover Dam and eat on the bus. I was not prepared for that. The breakfast was over cooked. Lunch was OK. The trip back was less than desirable because we made another stop at the same place for meal if you chose to. That made the trip another 45 minutes longer than necessary. The tour guide was not entertaining with his jokes, they were less than desirable.

Great time in Grand Canyon

Manuel_G, Nov 2025
We had a wonderful time seeing the sites. Both Robert and Donald were so organized that we are always on time. We highly recommend this!

Poor amenities, poor food quality.

Bettina_N, Oct 2025
The food that was offered was poor quality, no healthy options, no options for diabetics, we received boxed breakfast and lunch at the same time leaving our lunch food to stay unrefrigerated for hours. Along the way we noticed several places that we could have ordered food but instead we stopped at a dirty greasy restaurant with no clean restrooms where we received our food pre boxed with room temperature bottled water. Then at the end of the trip we were asked to specifically provide a $10. Tip! The bus that we traveled on was uncomfortable with seats that had been taped and in need of repair. I would not recommend.

Nice scenery but not exactly as promised

Bettina_N, Oct 2025
Loved seeing the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. The food they promised is absolutely terrible. Both breakfast and lunch are boxed and you eat them on the bus. Your lunch is given to you at like 8am so by the time lunch time arrives your food has been out for multiple hours affecting the taste. The restaurant they used for the meals is this yucky greasy spoon cafe and the food was greasy and bland. As for the tour, our guide Curty was good but his asking for a specific amount of money for his tip was unprofessional in my opinion. Our driver Stephanie was nice and got us there and back without any issues. I also didn’t appreciate finding out the night before the tour that I was going to be picked up from a hotel a 10 min walk away. They said it was 5 minute but with all of the bridges and escalators it was more like a 10 min walk. For someone that can’t walk far this caused me so much unnecessary stress. I wouldn’t book with them again for the many reasons mentioned in this review.

Very good tour

Lynne_C, Oct 2025
Excellent tour guide. Very knowledgeable but would be better if extra walking tour was included and not an extra cost.

Be on Time

Layonda_M, Oct 2025
Unfortunately we did not make the trip.. We lost 280.00 because we were 5 mins late for pick up.. When I call the CS to inform them they said if we was not there at 6:40 the bus could not wait and I would have to go to the second stop and be there by 7:10 thats 20 mins from original pick up and reminded me that I was supposed to be there 15 minutes early … When I checked uber the drive time was 30 mins to Boulder… So I called a second time cause no way was the bus turning a 30 mins drive to 20 mins… So we would have arrived at 7:20am so i called back to confirm and The lady say oh no the bus leaves about 7:25. By the time I go back to Lyft to the eta time is 7:30 the lady say we cant wait pass 7:25… so we just said Lesson Learned… We were out of towners so we really misjudged traffic and even after calling the customer service was just like oh well… But its Vegas so they thrive on the funds of tourists..
