Never having ridden an e-bike, we were a little nervous. No need! The instructions were clear and the bikes easy to operate.
The scenery was amazing and the paved trail wide, although it was busy with both pedestrians and bikers. For the most part, the path was shared well.
The ability to get up a couple of steep hills with the e-bike was wonderful! Highly recommend this experience.

Had an awesome time riding the e-bikes to Sand Harbor and back. The bikes had plenty of power and battery life. They are a bit heavy, and we learned to start out on a level surface. It is difficult to start out on an uphill grade. So, once you’re used to that, all goes well. We’d highly recommend giving them a try!

Such a fun experience! I’m not a biker so I was hesitant to rent bikes, but my friends talked me into it and I’m so glad they did!! The bike attendant was very patient and explained how to use gears and e power, and he gave great suggestions for hikes and beaches along the way. The suggested trails are paved and easy to navigate.

Had a wonderful experience renting ebikes & riding 4 miles on trail beside beautiful lake Tahoe to Sand Harbor. The staff was super helpful and the bikes were in good shape. It was wonderful & I'm definitely coming back.

So glad we did this, it was so much fun. We did a full day ride and stopped for lunch at at Tunnel Creek Cafe which was very good. At our age (58 and 60) we couldn’t have seen and done so much if it weren’t for the electric bikes!

Yes indeed! Avoid trying to get parking at Sand harbor at 630 am in the morning while still having the ebike transportation all day to enjoy that beach as well as all the others along the trial! Glad you had so much fun.

The whole process from booking to picking up/returning the e-bikes was super easy. The trail you end up taking is amazing and one of the best ways to experience the different views of the lake. Getting used to the weight and power of the ebike took a little getting used to for not having rode one before but it was very much enjoyable after getting used to. Would definitely check them out again when we are in the area

The electric bike was amazing as it t allowed my wife to not only keep up but stay smiling as we rode the east side of Lake Tahoe. She does ok until the hills and heat are a factor. This was what is needed for everyone to have fun.
