This audio tour was hard to manage compared to the last one I did from another company. Too many steps directions took me all about instead of just getting me on a path. Felt like I needed more of a map and the verbal guidance at the same time. Difficult to use sorry to say cause I was really looking forward to this guy.

The audio should automatically advance as you follow the route, so I’d like to understand what might have caused this. Did the GPS dot in the app show your correct position on the map, or was it lagging? Were you connected to Bluetooth or using your phone’s speaker? Also, did the repetition happen throughout the whole drive or only in certain parts? Any details you can share will help my team investigate this issue and improve the experience for you and others.
