The pilot was great. He was knowledgeable about the area an took the time to inspect his aircraft before takeoff. This put my mind at ease since i was watching my loved ones experience this. It was my significant other an son's first time on a helicopter. The guys said they enjoyed the experience an they said the only thing that would've made it better would be a longer ride.

Matt was super friendly and assuring. First time riding a helicopter and it was soooo much fun. Matt gave us informational bits throughout the ride of the views and surroundings. The helicopter was clean, safe, and secure. He gave us clear instructions prior to the ride and answered any questions we had. Would totally recommend to anyone who has never experienced and wants to see some nice views. To be clear it is a 10 mins ride where some reviews state it was not clear. So if you’re reading this… the ride is 10 mins.

I got to the airport for my reservation and the person in the office informed me that it’s been months that’s they have not been operating and we can’t complete the reservation he said I was going to be refund I went back to the office and the person left I find it very unfair that there taking our money instead of taking of a service that it’s not available

We called prior to the date of your tour to inform you we would not be able to complete your tour on the date reserved.
We have had maintenance occuring for an extended time due to the impacts COVID had on the aviation maintenance industry, with 90% of the shops that perform that kind of maintenance out of business due to the hardships. The resulting wait times are extremely long with no forecast date of completion; this is out of our hands.
The person in the office was there on that day just for you, as we were unable to reach you prior to your tour to remedy the situation. Calls and voicemails were unanswered.
Your tour was in fact refunded after you met with the office staff and indicated you would not be able to reschedule to a later date. You purchased your tickets through a 3rd party reseller on this platform. We indicated to them we were unable to complete the tour or reschedule you, and that they should refund your money, as they're the ones who collected it and retained it until completion of the flight.
Please check your account and your emails, you have been notified of the refund. The terms state the funds will be deposited in your account 3-5 business days after the refund is initiated. It has been 2 business days. Had we been able to contact you when we initally reached out, you would have been cancelled and refunded prior to the date of your tour.
