This was the smoothest dinner cruise we've ever experienced. The water was quite choppy, but we didn't feel it. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and the food, which we ordered the rib eye and salmon, was tasteful, yet luke warm. We understand that there were a lot of guests, but we expected the food to be warmer than it was. Overall, it was a good experience.

Bring a jacket! It was pretty windy and cold. If you're new to a boat cruise, the wind could make it a new experience.
Highly recommend having a couple song requests for the band, or at the very least bringing the dancing shoes.

Great experience. Interesting to learn about Vikingsholm. We did pay for upgraded table and believe me, it was worth it.

Enjoyed a wonderful evening with my husband and family friends. Dinner was delicious and the staff very attentive. Afterwards we moved about the paddle boat to muse the scenery and spectacular sunset. Definitely worth the time and money.

This was a fun night out with my sweetheart. We took this cruise to celebrate our second anniversary and we had a wonderful time. The dinner was great and the service from Natalie was excellent! The two-man band was impressive and entertaining. I would highly recommend this excursion to those who are interested or considering it.

Very nice dinner cruise across the lake. Staff was friendly and food was good. Scenery was absolutely beautiful. Live music was the perfect cap on the evening!

The weather was perfect and the boat ride was longer than needed, but still a great trip. Now the dinner was less than expected. I had a ribeye steak and it was tough along with the vegetables. The only positive I could say about the dinner was that the people serving were great and very effence. PS the cheese cake was great

Lovely evening on the lake. It did not receive 5 stars because dinner seemed rushed. I would recommend a more relaxing pace for the dinner itself.

It was a very nice experience. The weather was wonderful. Dinner was good. Only thing that could be better was the seating for dining room. A bit crowded. Hard to get onto our seats. Climbed around other passengers. Be aware of that. After dinner, there was lots of room to walk around.
Take a jacket for the trip back to dock, gets a little chilly. Very glad we went. The bus ride to marina was very entertaining.

Trip was good, food was good but I was double charged for my friend and I. Told Sandy who checked us in and she said she would take care of it but so far I still have not received my that deletion of the second charge!!!!

The dining area is tight and very hot but the food is good. The experience of traveling around Emerald Bay was breath taking. We truly enjoyed the experience.

Fun boat ride across Lake Tahoe. Dinner was pretty decent, the ribeye steak had a lot of gristle. But our server was really nice and attentive. Would do this again though

Bait and Switch!! Buyer Be Aware for booking this right now!The company completely changed the Vessel and the food last minute and still wanted to charge $160 for pulled pork and chicken Buffet instead if Steak Dinner. I received an email a few hours beforehand that they were changing the vessel and I was okay with that. Then I happened to call right before leaving our hotel because I received someone else's tickets. It was then that I was informed of a completely different menu. I asked why they didn't mention it beforehand and she said it was an oversight. And that she would bring it up to management and that it was going to be that way for a few weeks. That never happened because they are still advertising and selling this cruise. I cancelled and we took a champagne cruise the next day and met people who went thru the same thing but they showed up and that's when they found out. They wanted a refund for the expensive parking because we're never notified but the company said No to reimbursing them. It wasted their whole evening. Viator should take this down until its a viable excursion.

It’s a nice leisure activity. May be boring for small children with not much for them to do. But as older adults, very enjoyable. Food was pretty good but we were there more for the cruise than the food! Beautiful scenery and great narration through emerald bay. Drinks are pricey at $17 for a small plastic glass. Overall we really enjoyed the outing.

Plan your parking/shuttle well.
We chose to park at the Harrah Casino and the cruise shuttle took us to the dock. Everything went very smoothly.
Bring an extra layer as it gets quite chilly on the water: especially after the sun begins to set.
They split our cruise into 2 groups. One group started with the meal while the other enjoyed the deck with live music and optional drinks if you chose to pay.
Our dinner began at 7:30. It was delicious and the service was excellent. I believe it's recommended to tip the waiter/waitress. They worked very hard and made it a very enjoyable experience.
Overall, recommend if you are looking for a fun evening on Lake Tahoe.

Things started rough. Very slow boarding process as they tried to stop everyone trying to board making it seem mandatory to have a picture taken they could try to sell you later. When we finally boarded we were sat at our table and watched all
The tables around us get drink orders in while we were literally ignored. We had to ask the head server for drinks when they finally started to dish out salads. We paid over $700 for (4) people and the dinner was awful quality. The after dinner portion being on the upper deck and simply cruising was spectacular and almost made up for the terrible dinner and service. Finally, big shout out to Joe the bartender. He really turned things around for us with his service post dinner.

Parking expense (unless you take shuttle), well organized. Wait staff very efficent. Tables are a little crowded but adiquite. Dinner experience was great. Original steak was over cooked but was remedied within minutes.

We purchased the premium window seat and were denied that seat because they oversold it. The air conditioning broke down which left us in the middle of a hot room packed with people. The service was poor also. We watched everyone next to us get served their second drinks and my husband was still waiting on his first. We asked for more rolls and were told they were out of them and the table next to us got three rounds of rolls. Luckily Tahoe is so beautiful that the view made up for the lack of service.
