Our Captain was a joy to hang out with and the sand bar he took us to was perfect. Waist to knee high water level, soft sand for the feet and calm waters. Would totally do it again!

Captain Kristin was very friendly. Super helpful throughout trip! Had pool noodles and float to relax in the water. Water was clear and beautiful on the sandbar! Appriciated the included water and cooler! HIGHLY recommend!

Our captain was wonderful. No complaints about her, but the experience was not worth the money we spent. It was labeled as a sandbar tour, and we went about a quarter mile off shore and hung out in a tiny tiny patch of sandbar because it was windy so we “couldn’t go out farther”. And if you can’t actually do what the activity is labeled as, you should have an option for $ back or no cancellation fee. Again, our captain was wonderful, but we spent so much money to go out a few feet from shore. I would not do this again.

She offered you numerous options, including attempting the offshore sandbar or visiting the near-shore mini sandbar. We understand she even took your group to the near-shore location so you could see it firsthand before making a decision. Your group of four ultimately chose to stay at this near-shore spot, where several other boats were also anchored, indicating it was a popular and suitable alternative given the conditions. We're glad to hear that you were able to enjoy your day, including snorkeling, and that Capt. Kristen further enhanced your trip with a beautiful sunset harbor cruise after your time in the water. From our perspective, providing multiple safe options, allowing you to choose, facilitating snorkeling, and adding a bonus sunset cruise sounds like a considerable effort to ensure a memorable birthday experience, even when faced with challenging weather. We genuinely strive to provide exceptional adventures, and we're always looking for ways to improve. We're truly sorry if, despite these efforts, the experience did not meet your full expectations for the value. Really fun, if you have a phone you can hook it up to a loud speaker. They have floaties if you want to use those too. Remember a towel :)

Spending time with friends, we had the whole boat. The sand bar would have been nice if was warmer. It's 4 hour trip with 2 hours taxi to and from site. The tiki hut is way too long and very had to see outside the boat while seated.

This is a standard part of the tour, as it allows guests to enjoy the beautiful scenery and relax on the boat.
The tiki hut design is intended to provide shade and protection from the elements, but we understand that it might obstruct some views. Our group enjoyed our time at the sandbar. Robert was a great guide and a lot of fun. He made sure we always had a drink and our music was as loud as we wanted. We will definitely e booking again when we come back to Key West.

Disappointing! We showed up and had rented 2 boats for 11 people celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. We were told they only had 1 reservation not 2. Although the money for both was taken on Saturday for our Monday trip. This was so stressful and put a dark cloud over our anticipated fun day. We provided the confirmation info that 1129.00 was taken from my account. I was told that this was viators fault for sending just 1 reservation and that if I booked direct this wouldn’t have happened!! The big old blame game!! NEVER AGAIN!

We were happy with this tour. I wish the water was a little more shallow like the pics that we had viewed. Our 8 year old son couldn’t touch in the water and so most of his time was spent on the raft. Our captain, Tricia was awesome and she also had pool toys for us to use such as a football, noodles, and snorkel gear.

We had the best Captain - Captain Zappa.
He was tons of fun and very entertaining and informative. He took us to several islands to float around and relax. The highlight was seeing dolphins at the end.

This was such a fun day! Madison was the best captain. She was knowledgeable about all the things in Key West, very attentive and made our experience one to remember! We saw a few sting rays, and they had footballs, volleyball, pool noodles, things to play at the sandbar. The boat was fun and very well kept. I would highly recommend booking with this company. We definitely will again, and ask for Madison!

My 3 siblings and their spouses booked the Tiki Bar Boat Cruise as a way to experience Key West in a fun way and it was a success! We had Captain Zappa who you can tell is a local. He knew everything about the islands. He even invited us to his band's show at the Schooner Warf the next day (which we went to and it was awesome!). I highly recommend this tour for a fun boat ride, a chance to swim and lounge on a sandbar/island, and hang out with friends and family.

If you’re on the fence about booking the tiki boat, do it. My husband and I went out by ourselves and our wonderful tour guide/captain, Madison, and we had the best time. While it was windy, we were still able to float for hours on a beautiful sandbar and take a tour of the harbor. Madison gave great service and we will definitely book again!

The experience was very fun and Jimmy our captain was very informative and helpful. The only draw back was the time it took to get to the sand bar and back, would have loved to go somewhere closer and maybe to different bays and spend time there.

Excellent time. Highly recommend!! Boat ride was smooth, water was a little chilly initially but was comfortable once you were in. We saw small sharks, a sting ray and some small variety of fish while at the sandbar. Played football and frisbee with a boat next to us. Loved the entire day.

we had a party of 6 which was perfect our private Tiki Boat. We had a blast! Jimmy was our captain for our 4 hour excursion out to the sand bar. Jimmy was awesome! I highly recommend!
the ride was comfortable, low moderate speed listening to music over about 2-3 ft of water out to the sand bar. My wife who has high anxiety of lakes and ocean.... loved this trip and wants to do it again when we come back!
