We had an absolutely amazing kayak tour through the Florida keys mangroves! The scenery was breathtaking—quiet tunnels of greenery, calm water, and wildlife all around us. Our guide, Jade, truly made the experience extra special. He was incredibly helpful, super knowledgeable about the area, and made everyone feel comfortable, even if it was their first time kayaking.
An absolute must. We would do it again in a heartbeat!

A very enjoyable trip with James, who is an excellent guide. He explained the origin of Adams Cut, brought us to see manatees, and explained the ecosystem of mangroves. This was my 3rd eco tour and the best one

We had a great time! The price was very reasonable for a semi-private boat tour and we were pleased to get a last minute booking. Excited to see the manatees and our captain tried to find us other wildlife despite weather challenges. Enjoyed learning much about Key Largo history and geology.

Great trip! Captain Russ was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Keys.
Got to see manatees, birds, mangroves, coral reef fossils, nice houses, etc. Overall fun tour. Would definitely recommend

Didn’t really see a lot of the wildlife that we expected but it was still fun nonetheless. Probably could have found a better way to spend $200 for the three of us. Also the boat was much smaller than I expected and there isn’t enough shade for everyone on board

The eco tour was absolutely worth it and we so glad we did it on the way down go the Keys. We saw a dolphin, manatees, star fish and a saltwater croc. In addition, the tour takes you through the Key Largo canal where you get a glimpse of how Floridians live in the Keys among the mangroves. A must do visit !

Captain Jeff was fun and responsible. A lovely boat ride through the sound and channels - we got to see some cool stuff like a manatee mama and baby, a nurse shark, birds, and fancy houses. A quick and quiet trip good for families.

Captain Russ was knowledgeable and fun. He found us manatees right off the bat since that's what I asked to see. We also saw dolphins, crabs, iguanas, and several birds. The tour through the mangroves was fascinating. I highly recommend a tour with Captain Russ!

This was a great tour. When I said seeing an American crocodile was a bucket list animal for me, the tour guide did his absolute best to try and find one. I definitely would tell anyone visiting the area that this is a great experience and they should book it if they can.

This boat ride was wonderful! The weather was amazing, and our tour guide Bobby was too! He taught us a lot about Keys wildlife—we got to see an alligator, manatees, Ospreys, and even a couple of sharks! To top it off, Bobby was so kind to retrieve the hats of several people on our boat, after they flew off into the water! We had an amazing time and would absolutely come back again.

Weather was perfect for this trip. Saw a few Manatee, a crocodile and some herons and other birds. But the clincher was when we found a few dolphin pods and our guide got them to follow our wake. What a treat!! There were roughly 8 to 10 of them who surfed our wake for well over a mile. It was awesome.

Bobbywas our tour guide and we wanted a peaceful time on the boat. As soon as we arrived to the mangroves, there were dolphins waiting to greet us. Six dolphins joined the boat and surfed behind us. Amazing experience! That completely made the tour. We found several manatees and starfish and had the best day on the boat tour.

Loved this private tour with Captain Jim! It turned out only our family was on the tour which made the trip special. Captain Jim showed up the mangroves and explained the ecosystem of the area. We also was manatees and turtles! Fun tour and highly recommend it.

Bobby was so knowledgeable about local wildlife. We saw dolphins, a gator, starfish, manatee, lots of fish, birds and iguana. He said it was rare to see all of them in one go, so we felt lucky! Even though it was a cloudy we had an awesome evening.

At the last minute, the 4 of us decided this Key Largo eco tour sounded like fun. We are so, so glad we decided to do this adventure! Bobby was an incredible captain and guide! He was super fun, very knowledgeable about the area and managed to find all of the wildlife we were hoping to see. A group of dolphin frolicked and danced around in our boat wake, an American crocodile made an awesome appearance, giant snowy egrets, an Osprey, heron, other Florida birds watched us from the treetops. The highlight for us were the manatees which hovered around us while we took pictures and watched them navigate a narrow canal! The only problem with the tour was that it went too fast! We could have kept exploring with Bobby for hours more! The 4 of us can't recommend this tour enough! a 10+ for sure!
One other plus....the people who run Pirates Cove Watersports were fantastic!

Captain Russ was very good. He was knowledgeable, funny, and a very nice man. He showed us a shipwreck, gave us a history lesson on the canal from the Gulf to the Atlantic. We learned about the mangroves and the manatees. Loved the adventure and the experience. Would highly recommend Captain Russ.

2 hours of really dedicated boating was every cent worth. The boat driver explained everything about the Keys and the difficulty in having this preserved.

Captain Rus was fantastic! Although I was disappointed that we didn't see any manatees. Based off of the ad, I thought it was a guarantee that we'd see a manatee. I would have still take then tour and recommend it to anyone, but I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that we probably wouldn't see one.
