Beautiful experience on the water, very informative about our current state of the coral reef. Loved this so much!!

Enjoyed the experience. The boat was clean and well cared for and crew were terrific. The boat has plenty of cover from the strong Keys sun on both decks. We happened to have perfect weather with mild weather and smooth seas.
Viewing of the reefs was through the hull windows was interesting. The water was very clear. Not the same as being among the corals and fish, but not bad for the money.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you for the thumbs up! Glad you had "perfect" weather for your voyage!

If you’re prone to sea sickness, bear in mind that it’s a 45 minute trip to the reefs and it can be rocky. Also, I’m sad to say that much of the reef seems to have died. We saw a lot of dead coral. That said, the glass bottom worked well to allow us to see what there was and the staff worked hard to make customers comfortable and provided a thorough description of what we were able to see. If you’re unable to snorkel and like being on the water, this is still worth it.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Ann, thank you for taking your time to rate and review your experience with us, glad you found it worth it!
Mary_H, Mar 2026
Knowledgeable about the coral reef and the different kinds of fish. Great tour! Nice boat ride out to the reefs 45 minutes.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Mary, thank you for the excellent review! Glad you enjoyed our trip.
Roshely_C, Mar 2026
It was very nice it lasted 2 hours snd was worth it. The experience was amazing and the boat was very comfortable.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Glad you enjoyed your voyage with us, glad we could amaze you.
Christine_S, Mar 2026
I was looking forward to this excusion but was disappointed on how crowed the boat was and nowhere to sit during the ride. When the boat stopped to look at the fish. It was almost impossible to see anything because there were so many people. We ended up on the deck looking at the ocean the whole time. I would go again if there were less people and more room.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Christine, sorry if you found the boat crowded we do limit the capacity of the boat to 90 though we are certified to carry 140 passengers, I do not know which trip you were on but on the last week we have not seen more than sixty passengers on any trip, so sorry we disappointed you but to run with fewer people when mean higher ticket prices to cover operating expense
Tom_B, Mar 2026
Overall it was okay. The staff is VERY friendly and professional. The time of our tour was a little windy so the water was choppy and the staff are very in tuned to helping people with motion sickness. Once you are out at the reef, the tour guide was very knowledgeable about the ecosystem below the boat and gave a very informative tour. The only complaint, if you would even call it that, is the tour company sells more tickets for the boat tour than can reasonably fit around the guard rails to see through the glass bottom. If you are not prone to motion sickness, I would recommend riding from down below to stake out a good viewing spot. If the tour is not heavily booked, you'll have an easier time.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Tom, there are only a couple of weeks in the year where we see big numbers aboard we actually limit the number compared to our capacity of 140 to 90 guest, now we could limit it further but that would raise the cost of an individual ticket, because operating cost are high and constantly go up.
Lynn_B, Mar 2026
We enjoyed the trip but the boat ride round trip was an hr and a half and we spent a half hr at the reef seeing the aqua life. Don’t know that it could be helped but it was a lot of time getting to and from the reef.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Lynn, we dot hide the fact that it takes 45 minutes to get to the reef and 30 minutes over, while on a nice calm day the time over the reef passes too quickly, however on a bumpy day it seems to drag out for our guest so we think we have a good time balance.
Chris_B, Mar 2026
Nothing to see. Coral reef is dead. The ship went out in white cap waters. We were warned about being seasick snd did take dramamine 1/2 hour before departure. Only good part was on deck clutching to pole.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Chris, sorry to hear your experience on our cruise was not a stellar time. Mother Nature has had her dander up a lot this year.
lizwhite, Mar 2026
Boat ride back/forth to reef is most of the 2 hours. You are at the reef maybe a half hour. If you are expecting colorful coral save your money most of that has died in the last 20 year due to hot water temperatures.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Liz, thank you for taking your time to review your experience with, the coral did actually spawn this year for the first time in at least 10years but is it too little too late?
Kvstrnad, Mar 2026
It was waste of time. 45mins out for a 15-20mins info on reef. Then back to dock. It was more about selling the refillable tumble of drinks for $25.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
I am sorry we did not meet your expectations, sorry if getting a good deal on a tumbler offended you. For the record it is a two hour trip which means 45 minutes out 30 minutes at the location and the ride back to the dock.
Cindy_D, Mar 2026
The boat ride was very nice. Such beautiful clear water. Enjoyed the clear bottom boat. Saw many fish, different coral and even a sea turtle. The biologist was informative and enjoyable to listen to. Do be careful when you are looking down into the bottom of the boat for some folks it did make them feel a little queasy. My husband was fine. I took a 1/4 tablet of meclizine prior to the trip and had no problem. After the boat ride we actually saw a dolphin swimming in the water. Pretty cool!
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Cindy, thank you for the beautiful review, glad you enjoyed the presentation and the porpoise escort home!
Denise_M, Mar 2026
Beautiful boat with a friendly crew. Nice ride out to the reef. 45 minutes each way. Thirty minutes at the reef itself. Priced right.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Denise I am glad you enjoyed your voyage with us and you thought that we were priced accordingly.
Scott_N, Feb 2026
Interesting look at the beauty and history of the corals and the fish that live there. Our guide was very informative and interesting.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Scott, I'm glad you found the presentation interesting and informative.
Thomas_B, Feb 2026
Couldn’t get a spot at the rail to see out the glass bottom. Only room for half or fewer of the passengers to see. Shouldn’t have to fight for a spot!
Response from Host, Feb 2026
Sorry you could not find a spot at the rail! We do limit the number of passengers as we certified to carry 140 but limit that number to 90.
Thomas_K, Feb 2026
Awesome tour. I would highly recommend. The tour was the correct length. Exceeded the hype! Enjoy the water
Response from Host, Feb 2026
Thank you for the awesome review! Plus the recommendation!
Dale_C, Feb 2026
It gets cold, if you’re riding up top. Also, the glass viewing of the coral gets crowded.
Very happy with our trip other than not getting a real good look at the coral because of how many people there were.
The mates were informative and helpful.
Response from Host, Feb 2026
Dale, it was a cool day also might have had something to do with a cold front passing through the week of your trip, sorry you found it crowded in the viewing area. we try to tell the passengers for people to do one row sitting and a row standing in behind, but just like the world nobody follows suggestions.
Matt_L, Feb 2026
Gorgeous day, super-friendly staff, and great and incredibly knowledgeable guide! Nice boat with clear windows and plenty of room to view. Boat ride out is 45 beautiful minutes and 30+ slowly going around the reef, where we say tons of fish, soft coral, sting rays, and even spotted some sea turtles on the way back in! 1000% recommended!
Response from Host, Feb 2026
Matt, Glad we could provide you with a gorgeous day and a friendly crew! Sounds like a lot of creatures were out and about during your trip as well thank you for the 1000%!
Marla_V, Feb 2026
This trip was cancelled due to weather both days we were in the area so we were unable to check out this adventure:(
Response from Host, Feb 2026
Maria, nobody likes to cancel trips particularly when its peak season, but when it is canceled for winds it is for the safety of everyone involved.
Alicia_O, Feb 2026
We had a blast. The guides were very knowledgeable and made the experience interesting. As a bonus, we saw a bunch of sea turtles which was so cool.
Response from Host, Feb 2026
Alicia, glad you had such a blast of a time, and found us interesting! Happy to hear that so many of our shelled friends came out to see you!
Melanie_N, Feb 2026
Great fun. We enjoyed the trip a lot. It was a last minute addition to pur trip and we'll worth it. Definitely recommend.
