Booked to snorkel US's only narural reef and an ocean sandbar. Were taken into a bay area, not far from marina, by mangrove to snorkel and only when asked about sandbar were we taken somewhere else. Was taken to brackish bay area to shallows next to roadway. Crew was fabulous, trip was not. Boat stalled returning to marina. Fortunately i own Heavy Duty Diesel repair business so even with screwdrivers and a couple small wrenches, my husband and son quickly located problem, resolved it but needed starting fluid to get boat running, had none...finally passetby on boat took captain to matina for some, my family got boat running and headed back. Crew refused tips ftom guests but i tossed tip from our family onto boat just before getting in car. The issues of the adventure were not the crews fault and they did a great job regardless.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Let me start out by saying this was the worst excursion ive ever taken in my entire life and ive taken many. You DONT go to a coral reef like described in the details. They will take you to shallow MURKY water and you snorkel to ONE location and cant see a thing. Not worth snorkeling. Also the crew is “nice” but they were definitely not a host of anything. Also we accidentally bought duplicate booking for 3 ppl and the manager Max told my sister over the phone she would receive a refund just to find out viator said they could not issue one bc owner refused. By far the crappiest customer service we have ever received. Please DO NOT BOOK
The ad says that they will take you out to the coral. They do not. You go a few minutes out in the sound and have about 20 minutes to snorkel in shallow grassy water next to the mangroves.
Next you don't go to a real sandbar, you head a few more minutes to a shallow area next to the highways and have about another 20 minutes to swim. Which you could just pull over in your car and do for free.
Beers are also 11 dollars a piece and a few is added at the end.
54 dollars for 4 cans of beer.
Drive another 10 minutes down to the nature preserve and enjoy the actual reef unrushed.
Very nice and friendly crew, the boat ride was cool they provided the mask and snorkel. It was mainly a sandbar excursion with snorkels provided, not visiting a coral reef. Very beginner friendly and amazing for the prize really recommend!!
It got canceled on us. Didn't even go called day before and was not notified it was canceled will not book through here again..

We truly apologize for the inconvenience. Due to the 30 miles per hour winds, the captain made the decision to cancel the tour for safety reasons, as it wasn't safe to move the boat. Unfortunately, it seems you were not notified in time, and we understand how frustrating that can be.

It was an amazing trip! I would book again in a heartbeat. We has two great staff members. We snorkeled and saw lots of fish. We then went to the sandbar and hung out there for the reminder of the trip. I will definitely book here again when I come down again!
Showed up at 8:30, a half hour early to the meeting point, which is expressed in the instructions included in the ticket, for a 9am start. We were completely no showed by this tour company. Called the number and reached some place in New York. Called viator who thankfully refunded our money. Do not book this!
We booked online (and paid) weeks in advance for the 9am, 4hr snorkel/sandbar trip. When we arrived, we were informed that they not only didn’t have our reservation, the trip started at 10am. They said they didnt get anything from Viator, the third party vendor.
It was fun being on the sandbar! We went to the snorkel area first then went to the sandbar for 90 minutes. There was a food truck/boat at the sandbar and the boat was well stocked with beer, water and rum punch! Met new people! Brady and Gunter were great!
5/5 - We had a wonderful time! The crew and captain were so nice and helpful. They took us to two spots - snorkeling and then the sand bar. Both were beautiful spots. Free drinks and rum punch. They had pool noodles and snorkeling gear for everyone.

This company refused to return my calls and emails when the weather was predicted to be bad. They claimed to be running their tour that day when it was raining. They knew darned well they were acting poorly, and not onlymade a real mess of what could've been a lovely Christmas Day for my family, but are trying to keep the $450. Beware!
We had a really good time, very good attention from the hosters, met our expectations. The place is spectacular and the experience was wonderful.
Had a great time, the crew was super friendly and helpful. Wasn’t the best snorkeling conditions but we had more time at the sandbar which is perfect. Would use again.
Captain Brady was the best!! He was super accommodating & made sure we had a great day! We had to pivot to snorkel another location so we had good visibility.

Very chill laid back day. Snorkeling then sandbar. Not a large group so plenty of room to move about boat. Staff was informative and super friendly. Drinks (beer and rum punch for adults water and soda for kids) and towels were supplied. There was a food boat at sandbar if you wanted to purchase food. Highly recommend was a great day!

Snorkeling of the reef was a highlight, every moment something different! Our boat captain and mate were very chill and made sure we had a great experience.
