Got a random message on WhatsApp (why we are communicating via WhatsApp, still don’t know) telling us it was cancelled. We told him that was fine, and we asked when we could reschedule. He then ghosted for a few days until we were ready to leave, then tried to reschedule after I requested a refund. Then he denied me a refund even though we were now thousands of miles away. Stay away. Sketchy and will give you the run around to get any sort of resolution.
They kind of just turn you loose not knowing where to go. We did see a small shark and two manatees that swam under our kayak for 10 minutes or so. Overall good trip
