Check in at the Sundiver Station in Key Largo at least one hour prior to your start time. Remember to bring your own snorkel or purchase a new one on-site at check-in.
Meet your guide and instructors and get fitted for all the equipment you need except the snorkel: a high-quality mask, fins or flippers, and safety vests.
Board your boat and relax while you head out to the best snorkeling spots among the reefs off Key Largo and the Key Largo National Marine Sanctuary.
Beginners can get valuable instructions from the instructors, while more experienced snorkelers can swim where they wish and enjoy the time in the water. Spot colorful fish and sea turtles in the water.
After 1–2 hours of exploring and snorkeling, return to the Sundiver Station and head back on land.

MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT. AMAZING CREW. You are not taken to multiple spots. Only one. Crew was great. Snorkels $15 in the shop

Hello Kendall, We spoke on the phone and I'm sorry you still feel mislead. We advertise a 2.5 hour, 1 stop reef excursion. We have been in business since 1983 and have learned that trying to cram multiple reefs in a 2.5 hour trip is wasteful for the customers. We waste lots of time getting customers back on board and doing head counts and relocating to another reef. We want the customer to have maximum "water time" to enjoy these large reefs. If we are constantly moving to another reef the "water time" would be very little. I do understand after you booked you got an automated email that lists the different reefs located inside the National Marine Sanctuary but nowhere does it say we visit all those reefs every tour. The tour would have to be an ALL DAY tour of at least 10 hours to visit all the reefs inside the National Marine Sanctuary. Again, I am sorry if you thought something different. We have refunded your entire tour 100%. I'm happy you think the crew was amazing, they do try hard to provide a fun and safe tour for everyone. Please know we are not misleading and have all the details on our website that mentions we go to ONE reef per tour.

Very well organized. From start to finish. All of the staff and Boat captains are amazing. Highly recommend. I also enjoy the fact that it was a great amount of time. Some of the other snorkel trips are much longer. That’s great if that’s what you enjoy, but this is a great opportunity to fit an activity in your day, but not take up the whole day.

We checked in at the snorkeling office. Bought snorkels, ($15.00). Fins and mask are provided with tickets. We also rented wet suits for $10 each. Note, you can bring your own snorkel.
We arrived an hour prior to boat ride to get our wet suits fitted and get to the dock from the main check-in. We’re glad we allowed enough time for bathroom break prior to donning wet suits.
Staff was great. They made directions clear, maintained a safe and fun boat ride out to the reef, explained safe snorkeling techniques. It was a bit choppy on the water, but they explained to keep head in the water and don’t fight the waves. It was wonderful and I saw an octopus along with hundreds of amazing fish and coral and sponges. Great fun.

The boat ride out and the snorkeling was great! They provided detailed instructions and made sure everyone understood how to keep themselves safe. We had younger kids and adults with us and there was fun to be had for everyone in the group!

The day started out on the chilly side but the staff and crew reassured us the water temp was perfect. We added on wet suits just for added warmth just in case. Justice, Liber, and the captain of our tour did an amazing job at making sure we were all safe, smiling, laughing and having an all around good time. We didn’t have to swim far from the boat at all to see the reef. Would highly recommend this tour and crew to all that are new to snorkeling! Happy holidays!!

Boat staff was super friendly, I got pretty sea sick and they helped me right away. All instructions were very clear and the trip was well organized. It was forecasted to rain, staff made sure everything was safe before we set sail, and in the case of rain we were promised a refund or a reschedule.

Receiving 2 stars is such a bummer for something out of our control. Our crew works so hard to make sure everyone has a fun and safe time. I just looked at the reef report from your trip and the wind was only 3mph, Calm seas and over 50 feet of visibility. You joined us on a superb weather day. The Christ Statue requires a weather day like this to enjoy but unfortunately July is the busiest time of the year and all the mooring balls that surround the reef were already taken. There are only a few balls around the perimeter of the reef, they are first come, first serve. If they are not available there is an area designated to drop anchor. This is an area we are required to anchor to avoid damaging any corals. The designated area is not right on top of the reef but right next to the reef. The distance to swim to the reef is not any further than if we used the mooring balls. If someone wasn't making it to the reef then it might be because they were not comfortable swimming or some other issue, the short distance shouldn't have been a problem. We are sorry this trip fell short of your expectations.

Great tour guides and captain! Safe and comfortable speed out to the reef! Easy to get in and out of the boat in order to go out and snorkel the reef and go back to the boat and rest when needed! Enjoyable and recommend to all!

The crew gives very detailed instructions before heading out to the reef and tour was very beginner friendly all the gear is clean and ready to use! The water is nice and very beautiful underneath! Would definitely recommend to other 1st time snorkels

If you take the 9:00am trip you pay more to see Christ of the abyss, and there is no guarantee you will get to see it. We didn’t captain Rick determined it was too rough sea. Also be prepared to pay for a snorkel that is not included. You can bring your own.
The water was very rough and if you are prone to motion sickness I advise you to take Dramamine before you go. I forgot to and 🥴

Hello, Thanks for the review. I just want to clarify a few things. The 9am Statue tour does not cost more than the other tours. We offer statue tours and shallow reef tours and they are the same price. I am sorry the day you joined us we were not able to go to the statue due to weather conditions. I hope you enjoyed the shallow reef we went to as the alternative. Normally the water is not rough but yes the day you joined us the wind picked up even thought it was forecast to be low winds. Weather conditions change hour by hour and we do our best to show our customers a fun and safe time. This was perfect for families or anyone new to snorkeling. It was the best snorkeling trip we’ve ever been on and our kids loved it! We saw tons of fish and we didn’t feel scared at all. The staff were great and very helpful.

It was really fun! Rules were clearly outlined while still allowing for plenty of versatility. It felt like we were inside of an aquarium! The reef was beautiful, definitely worth the money! And the workers were really great at being attentive to our needs.

This was a great first experience kayaking and definitely suitable for beginners. Our guide was very kind and always made sure he stayed close by in case we got stuck. Maneuvering through the mangroves can be tight and tricky at times but you definitely learn as you go. We unfortunately didn't see any manatees this time of year but still enjoyed this tour very much. The water was calm and relaxing, making for a great time. I only wish there could have been some more education about the actual mangroves but besides that we had a very good experience!

My wife and I had snorkeled once and it was my 9 year-old's first time, and they did a great job from the initial check-in until they dropped us off back at the dock. Very professional. It was pretty windy, but we were able to get in the water and enjoy the day.
