Forgot to call roll
For snorkelers, twice. They were very concerned about the scuba divers and the snorkelers were an after thought. When we started to go on trip and when were returning after the snorkel
They didn’t check
To see the snorkels were on board.
Recommend going on a snorkel boat

An excellent customer service experience from phone to boat. Equipment was in great condition. Staff had good fit personalities. And, the snorkeling day was perfect conditions sunny and < 10 mph winds.

What an amazing experience!!! We’re staying in Hollywood Beach, and the trip down to Silent World in Key Largo is definitely worth the drive! The crew was phenomenal and sooooo kind. We were first time snorkelers and they explained everything very nicely. We were able to see a stingray, a nurse shark, and a sea turtle! We also rescued a trash bag from the water #savetheturtles :)

The captain and crew, were professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Our snorkeling experience was a once in a lifetime opportunity! We would definitely book another trip with them.

Great boat, great crew! Captain Mike was so helpful w a great sense of humor. Ocean was choppy..used the pool noodle on second site and it was way more enjoyable. Bring a small cooler so you can enjoy a beer on the way back!!!

Swimming amongst the fish was such a magical experience. Our 15 yo said she felt like a mermaid! Bri & Oscar we’re very helpful and friendly! A great experience for all!

Everyone was extremely nice. They took us to the best spots. Got to see a lot of fish and coral. They did not rush us at all. It was a great trip. Preston and Yasmin were extremely kind.

I’ve been snorkeling before, but this was breathtaking. The underwater statue was so beautiful and inspiring. The variety of fish and plant life was a great surprise! Great staff and overall experience!! Thanks!!

Seeing the variety of fish and the coral reef. Loved the story of the statue, but thought it a bit creepy looking (although I was glad to get to see it).

The weather was a little choppy but Bri and Capt. Preston were great! We went to two reefs and saw lots of tropical fish, a ray and a manatee. Well worth the money, it’s all what you make of it!

Sammy and Captain Rob were great host. This was my husband’s and I first time snorkeling and Key Largo did not disappoint. It was a cloudy day when we headed out but skilled Captain Rob found a great spot where it was very sunny. We saw coral, tons of fish, turtles, sting rays and a barracuda!! The highlight for me was seeing the Christ of Abyss. Boat ride was pleasant and they had snacks and drink on board. We highly recommend this tour when in Key Largo!!

Was a great experience. I had a lot of fun! The crew was very friendly. I got sea sick half way through and everyone helped me. Learn from my mistakes and make sure you take something for motion sickness if you’re sensitive. I had a great time seeing all the fish and reefs😊

Nice large boat w/ plenty of shade. Snorkeling gear was in good condition as well. Snorkeled near two different ship wrecks. Saw a nurse shark and a sting ray, among other tropical fish. Also saw a dolphin while in route. Sea life not as abundant as other places I have been but enjoyable non the less. Office staff was very friendly. Would recommend.

Very professional and knowledgeable crew, left on time, instructions/equipment were taken care of quickly before the boat left so you didn’t waste time in the water, great snorkeling.

The boat we were originally supposed to take was out of service so they accommodated us on another larger boat. What was not shared was that the tour is shorter than the 4 hours we expected. We were also told to arrive at 7:45 AM but when we got to the center there was no one there to check us in.

We booked the 4 hour trip but the boat we were supposed to take was broke down so our trip got cut a little short since we were on the other boat.
The staff was great and the water and weather was perfect!
Would have loved to spend more time in the water

Being able to snorkel on the reefs was an amazing experience for the family! We had storms roll in while out on the boat but the captain was able to take us to another reef.

First time ever doing this & the crew Robert & his first mate are so beautiful how they work together they made the trip as easy as key lime pie. The folks here are so crazy friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. I was worried for a bit about my wife staying behind. Then I get back and the smile on her face said “it all” the ladies at the check in chilled with her as if they knew each other for ever, now that speaks nothing but beauty♥️

The captain took the small boat with 15 snorkelers to an outstanding reef with turquoise water, where we saw a multitude of fish species, healthy coral, and even barracudas and a spotted eagle stingray. It was an exciting experience. The tour made 2 snorkel stops, which always increases the chances of a good snorkel.
