Details of the Tour and Pick Up's are sent by Group Text the day before your scheduled Tour. Direct Hotel Pick Up from all Waikiki Hotel's. Hilton Hawaiian Village Guests, Your Pick up will be at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Bus Terminal below the Grand Islander at 6:35am ALL "Outside" of Waikiki Pick Up's: Please call with any pick up's outside of the Waikiki area so we can discuss your transportation options to get into Waikiki and which location to meet the Shuttle or Transit. Koolina and North Shore will have to make transportation arrangements. Call the Owner to discuss. All HOTEL PICK UP'S: Start at 6:30am through 6:45am. Tour Starts at 7:00am and Usually ends around 3:00pm to 4:00pm. Cruise Ship Pick Up Times are determined by the time Guests disembark from the Cruise Ship. Captain Vince made our tour unforgettable from start to finish. He’s funny, engaging, incredibly knowledgeable, and made everyone feel right at home. Whether it was sharing stories, pointing out hidden gems, or just cracking jokes, he kept the vibe light, fun, and full of aloha.
He even got me—someone who does not like birds—to hand-feed zebra doves at the Byodo-InTemple. If that doesn’t speak to his gift for creating memorable experiences, I don’t know what does!
Truly one of the best guides I’ve ever had. If you get the chance to tour with Captain Vince, do it. You’ll leave with great memories, better photos, and probably a new favorite person.

Captain Vincent is a gregarious and super engaging guide. We had a great time and the island was beautiful. Get off your resort for a day and take the tour!

The communication and information from Epic Tours was outstanding from the moment we booked the tour. Our collection at our Waikīkī Hotel was dead on time and the tour exceeded expectations (I’m generally not a tour guy).
Our tour guide, Justin’s , local knowledge and history of Hawaii made it real special. All through the day his experience as a guide added value at every stop made. a special shout-out and thanks for his care and concern, as we struggled to get back to Waikiki through the traffic grid-lock caused by the Tsunami warning.
We would definitely use Epic on any future travel to Oahu and assuredly recommend them through Viator.

We traveled the island with uncle smiley yesterday and we had the best time!! He was interactive and very knowledge about the island. We came out to spread the ashes of my grandmother who recently try passed away and we stopped at several beautiful places. I just want to send him out a huge thank you for his condolences and his helping to make sure we got to put her some of Hawaiis most gorgeous spots❤️

Justin was our tour guide.
This experience is the perfect first day excursion. The trip around the island checked off a lot of our must-see boxes. Justin was very knowledgeable and gave us great ideas for the rest of our stay.

Wow!! What a great time with Captain Vince!! Us girls had a wonderful tour, got to see great spots all around the island and hear the history and learn the Hawaiian words and how to say them. The temple was so peaceful and got to feed the birds and fish. The botanical gardens had such a diversity of plants and the waterfall was a treat. Go on this tour you will love it especially if you go with the Captain!!

Small group tour in a small van with a knowledgeable guide. Stayed a short time at most attractions, but that was enough.
We had an excellent time on this tour with an amazing guide! Piolani was very welcoming, made sure we were comfortable and provided a great historical account of the island’s history and folklore. We loved it and even our 15yo nephew, who you can never tell if he’s having fun, said he really liked it and learning the history. Thanks for a memorable day!!
There were some initial challenges with my first vendor, Captain Vince. His door broke on the bus, you could get in but not out.
Rather than have me miss the trip, he booked me with a friend at a different company. He paid for it himself. He then paid for lunch same day. He refunded me almost half cost for my trouble because it was a two day effort. He also offered to take me back to the airport at no cost. I have never ever been treated so well when things went sideways. When I asked him why he did so much, he said we were Ohana… family.
I lost both my dad and my gram 7 months apart. It was important for me to go to this temple as part of my grieving process and closure. He made that happen. I am extremely grateful and it gave me peace. Captain Vince was amazing. Keioke at Enoa, the company that stepped in, was an amazing guide and gave an unbelievable tour. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this experience all the way around.
We really enjoyed this tour such an amazing experience. Takes you all the way around just beautiful. My favorite was the waterfall. Our driver and owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. You will not be disappointed on this tour. Wear comfortable shoes..,Thank you guys for making my trip memorable

There seemed to be some things missing from the tour - no water was given out. Also we did not stop at the pastry location. We did not realize that this tour was actually a tour of the island as only two locations were listed. Should be more clearly described.

We have the entire Itenary listed on Trip Advisor "Viator" where you booked. It is also stated that the pastries are at the discretion of the driver/owner as it is a time related stop and sometines the Food Truck location is not open when we pass by.
The company has stopped supplying water however water stops are available at every other stop we make.
The entire Itenary is listed under Tour Details when the product is booked under Trip Advisor/Viator.
