Michael our tour guide was wonderful! He was knowledgeable and spoke with us with ease and kindness. There wasn’t a question we asked him that he didn’t have an answer for. The tour was prepared for absolutely everything. We loved that they had already thought about what we might need as we hadn’t realized everything that was needed. Michael knew exactly where to stop for small breaks in the hike. We appreciate his knowledge, kindness, and charm. We would definitely book a tour with him again!!

Makai was everything I love in a guide- clearly knowledgeable, stopped enough to see the sights but not so much to disrupt the flow, patient with my mother and her hip replacement. It had been rainy so the walk was slick but not impossible (makai provided walking sticks also, so thoughtful!) and the waterfall flow was perfect. Just what we hoped for!

Everything went really well. I was picked up on time, on the way we learned something about the history of Hawaii and we were guided through the jungle with a lot of attention. It was a great, short hike with wonderful look of the Ko'olau Range

It’s a fun hike, and the falls are a pleasant visit. Daniel is a great guide…very knowledgeable about plants, animals, and Hawaii history. He’s also a font of information on much of European history, as well.

Tour guide taught us really interesting things about plants. We paused at different times which were a good time for a break. Hike was a good challenge level for new hikers.

The trail was so beautiful and the views spectacular. Great hike! It was better than I expected and much appreciated with our guide Ismael. I would recommend this hike to anyone who wants to explore and enjoy the beauty of nature. It was totally worth it!

Mahalo for joining us. We're confused why you feel mislead. It is a double-tiered waterfall highly sought after for its natural beauty and consistent flow of water. The pictures of these falls are accurate and many images were taken by guests themselves.

We had so much fun during the whole hike. The sceneries are so refreshing and the air is super fresh and clean. Our tour guide, Ismael, was so helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely a must try.

Terii gave a great tour of Honolulu on the way to the waterfall and on the way back. The terrain was very wet and muddy which was slippery and there were lots of rocks and tree roots. The description of the hike was moderate, but I felt it was more than moderate. There should be more details in the description. That being said, Terii was very helpful guiding me down the trail on the way out to make sure I didn’t slip and fall.

This hike was awesome! First, I have to say I was a little hesitant because there weren’t many reviews, but it was well worth it.
Our guide was amazing! My friend and I accidentally got on a bus with the wrong tour (miscommunication with the guide with that company) but our guide (I forgot his name) was amazing. He worked with us and was able to come back so we did not miss the hike.
The hike was beautiful! The guide was able to give us lots of information about the island, hike, animals, etc. It was a fairly small group, about 8, which was nice.
The waterfall it self was really pretty and not nearly as busy as many of the hikes close to Honolulu.
Definitely recommend.

Guide Terii was funny and kept us engaged and it was fairly easy.
There were people playing music and fire dancing kinda took away from the nature part of it

Belle randonnée dans la forêt tropicale avec une belle cascade à l'arrivée. Le chemin n'est pas compliqué, même si ça glisse par moments. A la suite d'annulations, nous n'étions finalement que 2 avec notre guide. C'était super, il a bien pris le temps de nous parler de l'île, de son histoire, puis de la faune et de la flore lors de la randonnée.
