The Sea Rocket cruise was an amazing experience with beautiful views and a fun, energetic atmosphere. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the ride both relaxing and exciting. Very good. Crew was professional and friendly. Boat was very clean. Only down side they did not have any non alcoholic drinks. This would be a 4 and 1/2 stars if we could.

This is not a casual ride in the canals showing some of the mansions along the water. You will go out to open waters at full speed and being thrown around by rough waters! It was still fun, but not what we expected! I read a lot of reviews that did not inform me of this, so I wanted to make sure that guests are aware you are boating through the canals for the first 15 minutes, then out in the open water for about 40 minutes, then back through the canals for another 15 minutes.
Unfortunately the speakers on the boat didn’t work and they announced it. We had seats in the back so we did not learn/hear a thing about the owners and their historical homes.
Unfortunately, half of drink menu was out of stock and they did announce that to guests.
There are different seating options that vary in cost due to the view. You are instructed to arrive 25 minutes before departure. But the trick is- just show up 5 minutes before boat leaves and you can sit in the front (higher costing seats!) without paying the higher price! The last minute guests are awarded with the best seats.

It was very short look at the sunset. But a nice boat ride. Got to see a lot of yachts and mega million dollar homes. I highly recommend.

Super fun, great guys leading the cruise! We stayed to the inlets because the ocean would have been too rough. Everything was beautiful, it was the perfect amount of time and they had drinks and snacks for purchase (not too expensive).

Excellent experience! Nice boat, comfy seats. Gorgeous sunset views. Fun fact-filled tour of water front homes and yachts of the mega rich. Easy parking right there; with the parking slip provided at the end of the tour the cost drops to $10 - nice! We paid extra for the bow seating and that was great. Knowledgeable, funny tour guide, and a great experience overall. Great from start to finish.

Pay the extra to sit up front. The unobstructed views was worth it. But if all the seats don’t get sold they let the other the guests that didn’t pay the extra money fill in so a little frustrating that they got the same thing for no extra money. We did enjoy the ride. The crew was very pleasant and the fun facts on the way back made the trip interesting too. Glad we did it.

I booked this sunset cruise in Ft Lauderdale on the morning of January 31, 2026 for my husband and i along with 2 other couples. At 1:36 pm I received an email saying that the cruise was cancelled since they didn't have enough people for the cruise. I totally get that.....it was no problem. I called immediately when I received the email. The tour operator tried to reschedule for the next evening. I told her that we were leaving for a cruise the next morning. I requested a refund. She said she would process it immediately. I checked my credit card after getting home from my trip and there hasn't been a refund. I called Sea Rocket on February 11. I had to explain THREE times to the person answering the phone at Sea Rocket about what happened. She said, "So...you are asking for a refund?" I said, "Yes.....I didn't cancel the sunset cruise, Sea Rocket did." She put me on hold then came back and told me that she was submitting this request to another department at Sea Rocket and they would contact me. Today is February 13 and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have gone on Viator's website and am having trouble finding a phone number so that I can get help from Viator since that is who I booked through. I'm contacting AMEX this morning. BE VERY CAREFUL if you book with Sea Rocket. I'm not upset that the sunset cruise didn't happen.....I'm upset that I can't seem to get a refund for $167.94 that I paid when Sea Rocket cancelled.

I booked with this company and they cancelled twice after I paid them. When they called the second time the girl told me that they don’t give refunds. What a joke of a business! Now we are out 65.00 and gave us a terrible taste of Fort Lauderdale’s Businesses
