Captain Dan was totally laid back, and provided a really relaxing and amazing experience with some fun stories along the way. This is truly a custom private excursion that feels like a real luxury. Gorgeous ride through the intercoastal viewing amazing homes and yachts, then the sails unfurl when you hit the open seas and WOW!

What a great day in the water! Captain Dan makes this trip easy and relaxed. Bring your food and beverages and listen to his stories about the properties you pass. Swimming in the middle of the ocean sounds terrifying and it was amazing!

This was our absolute favorite experience that we chose to do during our 6 week stay in Fort Lauderdale!!! Captain Dan was a delight as well as his first mate 😜👍🏻. His boat is lovely and the four hour cruise took us out a few miles into the ocean and we also viewed beautiful homes and yachts throughout the canals!! The maximum amount is 6 people which feels cozy and intimate! He is entertaining and very knowledgeable about the area!! We would definitely choose to do this again when we come back to visit!!

I am not sure where to start. My boyfriend and I had a private day on the water with Captain Dan. It was amazing and I will be booking him every time I come to FL. I felt safe and secure with Dan as the captain. He is quite the dare devil and loves adventure. He has THE BEST personality. He knows his stuff and makes the experience unforgettable. The boat is amazing and has everything you need. The captain will provide cups, ice etc. There is a bathroom and plenty of space on the boat. The views were stunning, the ocean was calm. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated after the boat ride. If you are second guessing this booking STOP. You will not be disappointed. Book Book Book and Book again. You can thank me later. See you in a few months Dan. Say hello to your wife for me she was such a sweet heart.

I booked this trip to celebrate my husband's birthday, and we had a really wonderful day. Perfect weather and perfect water. Captain Dan was very kind to answer all of our questions. My husband has dreamed of buying a sailboat, so he had lots of questions to ask. Captain Dan was generous in sharing knowledge and advice from his years of experience. He explained the basics of sailing and let both of us take a turn steering the boat to get a feel for it. We also met Captain Dan's wonderful wife, Tracey, when we arrived and chatted with her when we got back from our sail.
I absolutely recommend sailing with Captain Dan and Tracey as a great experience. If we come back to Fort Lauderdale I'd love to sail on the Wind Pirate again.

This was a great family outing. Everyone really enjoyed this day sail. I have taken a few sailing classes and Captain Dan took the time to show me a couple of skills and let me man the helm for a bit. We had an excellent day on the water and I highly recommend this trip for families.
We really enjoyed seeing the houses and different boats along the route.

We had a wonderful time! Captain Dan and his wife were so attentive and the boat was beautiful and had a great space up front to sit and soak up the sun while also having a nice shaded spot near the back. Would highly recommend this sailing trip!

The best morning sail in Florida: River houses, boats, restaurants, luxury condos, opening bridges. Ocean sail was great with 20 mph winds. Learned to tack and control boats in windy conditions. Captain Dan is great teacher and host.

Captain Dan & First Mate Tracey went above and beyond to make our trip special! They are incredibly kind, accommodating, and welcoming into their slice of paradise. My boyfriend proposed to me on this trip and I can’t imagine a better place or setup for that amazing experience, which we will both remember forever! This trip with Captain Dan was excellent! Unfortunately due to mother nature we couldn't head out to sea but Captain Dan is a true pro when it comes to sailing and we were very well looked after, and he took us all through the waterways of fort lauderdale and as near to the sea as possible. We saw many great sites and had a really chilled 4 hours on the boat. Would highly recommend this tour amd if we come back to fort lauderdale, we would definitely do this trip again in the hope we could get out to sea!🌊 thanks Captain Dan for a memorable trip.

What a delightful afternoon! We four absolutely enjoyed ourselves with Captain Dan as we sailed the Atlantic! We enjoyed Capt'n Dan's stories and his confidence with the sailboat as we navigated the canals to the ocean. Once on the ocean, he unfurled the sails, cut the engine, and we thrilled as we skimmed along the water. Highly recommend this outing if you're in the Fort Lauderdale area. When experimenting a nice vacation activity, many factors come to play to make the moment and the activity memorable. Among these factors is the guide or the individual leading the activity. In an activity such as sailing, the captain, whom in a sense is your host, is crucial to your experience. Captain Dan and his boat are the ultimate experience to an afternoon or a morning sailing through the beautiful canals and coast of Fort Lauderdale. A gentleman, with discrete manner, whom make you feel that for the time he is catering to you, his boat and his attention is at your service. WE have such a great time and the captain played some great music which kept my girlfriend and I entertained. These four hours spent on the boat is a lifetime memories. We had a great time on our trip we were in a family of four adults and had the boat all to ourselves. Cpt Dan even opened up the sails for us so we got to do some sailing along with swimming in the water. Overall it was a great time. Highly recommend this trip to everyone.
