We had an incredible and memorable experience on the Splash and Sail excursion! We went with our younger kiddos (ages 8 and 6) and while it was a bit choppy, our children fully enjoyed the waves and fun as did we! The captain and crew were beyond accommodating, we will definitely do this again if we are in the area!

Overall, it was a great experience. Jim and Justin were great hosts, concerned with safety and everyone having fun. 4 stars instead of 5 because I think $100/person is a little steep for what it is

5 Stars! This is perfect for families! A beautiful sail past the waterfront homes of FLL then anchor in front of beach for splash part of the tour. The kids loved sliding into the blue water and snorkeling for about 2 hours before heading back to the marina. Great family memories from this trip.

I booked a morning got canceled due to not enough people booking so they had put me on another activity for the afternoon, but I could not find it was located they gave me directions to where it was at. I waited a while. There was nobody there. Terrible experience horrible customer service do not recommend.

It was a great catamaran trip. The crew and Captain were so nice and accommodating. They gave us a tour of the celebrity home and yacht owners and when we arrived to the swim site they put out a trampoline and giant float. The boat even had a slide. It was about to storm so the captain had us sail at full speed due to the high winds then cut around and got us to clear skies. This is our 3rd time. We love it so much fun.

Water play was not long/fun due to the jelly fish and rip current remnants. The customer care was great bartender and captain were very friendly and patient.

We had an amazing time!! They made sure we had a great time! The big float is amazing. They provide snorkel equipment and are very knowledgeable about the homes and yachts on the water. We loved sailing in the Catamaran.

Everyone on the boat was super friendly. The boat ride was nice. When I was booking this activity it said 2 1/2 hours so I was thinking 30 minutes to get there about an hour of play in the water and 30 min back, but no it was just like 20 minutes in the water. It was not worth $400 with parking bc you have to pay to park for my family of six. I have done this before and it was a lot cheaper with 2 different stops that you really get to enjoy. I wouldn’t do it again.

We are sorry to hear that you do not feel you received the value of what you spent. Here at Tropical sailing we take our guest's experience seriously. It appears as though you are reviewing the the Sail Splash. This 3 1/2 hour tour (not 2 1/2) consists of a 30-45 minute cruise along the waterfront mansions and amazing yachts out to the ocean. Once in the ocean we raise the sails and turn off the motors as we sail to our designated anchorage. We usually send an hour to an hour and a half anchored a playing on the various water toys before we make our way back to the marina. I don't know where you parked but the lot here only charges $7 a day. We ask you to contact the office and share your experience with management. If they crew is not following protocol then management will make necessary adjustments.

The most memorable part of our trip was bonding with my friend and her family. Watching her boys enjoy jumping on the trampoline and making life-long friends with other passengers. The crew was hilarious and engaging. The prices on the catamaran were more than fair and they provide everything you need for an amazing experience. I highly recommend this whether you live in Florida or are just here visiting. Well, well, well worth the price!

From start to finish everything about the day was beautifully executed! The crew was professional, safe, fun, and above all super nice! We really enjoyed ourselves and the other people on the boat! We went with our 3 kids and one of our daughter's friends and all of them loved the included Trampoline and floating water pad during the free swim time. The slide was especially enjoyed by our youngest. All in all it was a great day!
