Captain Charlie was a delight and made our sailing trip sooo enjoyable!!! His extensive knowledge of the boat and sailing was impressive!!! He's strict about his rules once on the boat, as he should be!! Our trip was on a beautiful, calm day and we enjoyed it immensely!!! I definitely would look up Captain Charlie when we come back in December !!! Highly recommend!!!

We went out sailing on a very windy day. It wasn’t the best conditions but we tried it anyway. Caption was hilarious and I seriously could just listen to him talk all day. Was a good sport with us Nebraskans! He knew a lot of history and seemed to know every single person on every boat we passed by. They all waved and talked to us as we drove by.

This sailboat trip was truly one of the highlights of my vacation — and something I had on my bucket list for years. From the moment we stepped aboard, everything felt special. The atmosphere was peaceful, the views were breathtaking, and the entire experience was both relaxing and unforgettable.
There’s something magical about being out on the water with the wind in the sails and the sun all around you. It gave me a sense of freedom and calm that’s hard to put into words. The crew made the trip even more enjoyable — welcoming, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do.

A sailing adventure with a salty sea captain. Charlie is very experienced and he will show you the ropes. We met his wife, too. A wonderful woman. 4 hours passed quickly. We went out to sea on water about 400 feet deep. If you like sailing, you'll love this.

We enjoyed the experience and are considering more formal sailing lessons another time. We had the benefit of a beautiful day with calm seas and open skies. Navigating to/from the sea was full of impressive sites and an interesting peek into a whole nautical way of life unconsidered by the landbound.

We loved this excursion! We went with our two kids (8 and 10) and they had a blast on the boat. Captain Charlie is knowledgable, funny and engaging, and he let us all take turns driving the boat and helping with the sail. He has a promotion system that kept our kids eager to help. The ride took us through the river where we could see beautiful homes and yachts, and then out to the ocean for a few hours. Unfortunately we didn’t see any manatees or dolphins but the trip was incredible and we would highly recommend this excursion with Captain Charlie.

We booked this for a bachelorette party (5) and had a blast—even with choppy water out at sea and one of us getting seasick. Captain Charlie was a unique character but knew how to operate the sailboat with ease. He took amazing photos of our group in the canal and of the bride driving the boat, which became the perfect memory saver for the excursion.
If you are sensitive to bolder personalities and don’t have a wide sense of humor, I would recommend a different experience.

I had a really fun and entertaining time sailing with Captain Charlie! He is very experienced which I really appreciated. He was also flexible with us when weather didn’t cooperate and recommended rescheduling in order for my family to have a safe and enjoyable experience on the water. Sailing on Daffy was wonderful. Getting to be at the sailboat helm. Being on the ocean was wonderful. Seeing the Florida coastline from the ocean was amazing. Captain Charlie did a great job of teaching us about sailing. I highly recommend this excursion.

Captain Charlie was very amusing. A sense of humor is a must on this adventure cause the Captain is a character in his own right. He was very understanding when my husband got sea sick and puked on the side of the boat. Please take his advice and take the motion sickness meds if you are not familiar with sailing. He warned us and we didn’t listen.
