The refund was processed immediately, and we can see you have received it. The company has multiple locations in Fort Lauderdale. This is why we send out reminder texts/emails and say to call with any questions.

Pick up location was changed to a different location & the shared rules were expensive to transport from each location that was minutes away.

The largest boat show in the world comes to town each year and muscles their way to take every single marina space (1.2 miles of dockage). The marains comply and force everyone to leave during this time. Trust us, we don't want to move, we'd rather have business as usual, but this is South Florida and money talks. So I am sorry that the address was changed but we hope you understand this was caused by the city and boat show. Our tour itself is incredible and we always strive to give the best time on the water. We hope you can give us another shot and jump aboard next time you're in town.
