It’s good exercise. You don’t really see much unless it’s manatee season. I would recommend going during manatee season. Tour guide was very nice.

Thanks for for sharing. Everyday is differnt, tropical birds, marine life, ducks, turtles, fish, racoons, squirrels. Typical ECO and nature.

Good Water Activity in Ft Lauderdale

Tour guide and equipment were good. Our online request per the website for a 2 person kayak was not received by the operator but they were able to accommodate us once the tour group before us returned. Bring your own water and snacks as they are not provided. For the cost of the tour it would have been nice if they had provided those in an easy to store waterproof bag. Not much wildlife was observed but this is the winter season. Overall a pleasant 2 hour tour and activity.

This was a fun kayaking excursion to the mangroves. It took us about 1 hour and 15 minutes. The guide provided narration during the trip. I recommend it.

They were very nice but the time in the mangroves was quite limited and did not include time navigating narrow passages, as I’ve experienced on other mangrove kayak tours

We understand! The tides change at different times everyday and out Tour time remains consistent so people can book far in advance. You are welcome to call us and we can get you reserved for a date when the Tide is higher. Hence, if the tide it too low then we cannot hit those windy sections of the mangroves as we do not want anyone to cut themselves by accident.

Relaxing few hours on the water

Kent was an excellent guide. The trip was easy, relaxing, and enjoyable. We didn’t see any manatees as we were hoping until we went to dock. Another guide, Troy, was there telling us to go past and we would see one. He then paddled out with us and got video. A beautiful day on the water

This was a great time. Our tour guide went nice a slow and pointed out different things for us to look at and explained the area we were paddling through. He even took pictures of us, so we didn't chance our phones falling into the water!

Enjoyable but over-priced!

We enjoyed our tour of Wilton Manors, but felt it was over-priced. My husband and I were the only ones on the tour and our guide was great. He was personable and interesting and did his best to spot and point out wildlife along the way. The highlights were the iguanas and the ibis. However, $99 each for under two hours on the water seemed expensive! If you know how to kayak, we'd recommend just renting kayaks for approximately a quarter of the price and heading off by yourselves with a map.

Everything seems to be going up in price and we are trying not to go up despite the high cost of having a brick-and-mortar location on the water, electric, water, phone, licensing, and of course quality Guides, Dock Managers, and a Sales Team.
