Booked the Christmas Lites cruise with BOW VIP seating. Arrived at the dock and they did not have our reservation. Said that there were 8 open seats and they could get us on but BOW VIP seats did not exist. We waited an hour and did not get on the tour. The operator refunded us but we were our an Uber ride there and back. Don't book this tour with Viator and I would be hesitant booking direct as it does not seem well run.

At the time of your visit, we were experiencing a technical issue with Viator that prevented some reservations from properly syncing into our booking system, which was unfortunately a bit out of our hands at the time of your reservation. Once identified, our team worked to accommodate you and issued a full refund when you chose not to board. We understand how frustrating this was and appreciate you bringing it to our attention as we continue improving our processes.
The boat ride was pleasant as well as the crew. My only complaint was that they over sold the main area and started moving people into the front of the boat which had a higher priced ticket

The crew was fantastic on a clear night with all the holiday lights. The way to create town city near the front of the boat.

Boat is further down the dock than the signage. Look for tge boat with the fairy lights.
Well managed, friendly crew. It's a nice way to pass an hour. Worth the money.

It was overall good.. with few things that could have been better … for a starter a sanitizer or soap on board would have been appreciated since they provide on board toilet services my 9 year old felt weird not been able to wash hands after using it ..

very organized but the speaker didn't work. That is something that should be checked a head of time. So we couldn't hear anything the guy was saying for the entire trip. He kept talking toward the front and all the people in the back couldn't hear
It was wonderful.

It’s nice to see and was just OK but not well narrated by staff and they are not really service driven…personally I’d spend my money on the all day water taxi you get more information and better service…a sunset and christmas lights…this was just basically a boat ride…they didn’t even really highlight the christmas lights they passed.

Excellent experience. Boat was very clean . The captain was knowledgeable about the sites and even added some humor.

Boat is nice, crew not interactive with Guests. Drinks could gave been served before the boat left. Narrative was good at first then the Capt just stopped talking. Crew, (1person) did not interact with guests. Did not follow up with" can I get you anything else, etc)

Awesome info about some of the most amazing homes and yachts in Fort Lauderdale. I HIGHLY recommend it but also would advise being 30mins early, we almost missed the boat….literally
