Renee was an amazing guide!!! Her creative stories kept us engaged and entertained!! She was patient and sincere!! I am so impressed! I was concerned that my 10-year-old would not enjoy it but man… This was amazing and the kids loved it!!!

We learned a ton about the history of flagstaff, the family’s who helped found it and what a lot of the businesses started out as and turned into through the years. We also learned about a lot of the macabre history and about things that have happened inside of the older buildings a lot of people wouldn’t know about. It was rather cold at 8 pm and our tour guide Olivia did a great job. She was very knowledgeable on the subject matter.

Linda was absolutely awesome very knowledgeable and really helped us feel the tour. She was an absolute trooper in the cold so I’m glad we were able to still get to experience this. I think she really helped make the tour come to life and very enjoyable!

Be aware that there is a good amount of walking, and it was a very chilly evening in late November. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, and gave us historical insights on the city, and its founders, and some of the many ‘Frights’ of old Flagstaff. All in all, a fun time!

Great history tour but as far as ghosts, all our guide did was mention things being misplaced or lights flashing. Not even many tales of death. It was an evening history tour of downtown Flagstaff, nothing more. That being said, I still learned a little history.

This was an interesting tour, however at times it was very hard to hear the gentleman giving the tour. He seemed very knowledgeable and kind. Wish he would’ve had a bullhorn or microphone so we could of heard him better but over fun and interesting.

The tour guide couldn't get past the 2nd or 3rd sentence without apologizing and moving on because they didn't know the rest of the story. I have been to ghost tours all around the country. This is by far the worst one I've been to. Miserable experience.

I ended up being the only guest on my tour, but my guide Avalynn was a great host. I learned so many interesting ghost stories and was thoroughly entertained. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing really. There was no charisma. Hard to hear the guide over the train passing by. Did not know about the extended tour.
I will not recommend this experiencing going forward. Guide did a good job but I think it could have been better.

Flagstaff has a grip of ghost tour options, so I am not sure if picking the right one is even a consideration, but this one definitely satisfied our ghostly intuitive curiosities. Our tour guide Josh, was a young college student who is a creative writing major and really has an amazing way of telling the story in a way that captivated our attention and sparked interest in the locations we were visiting.
