Great experience. First off everyone who worked there were great. Beginning with the staff at the front counter. They were friendly and informative. The guides really knew what they were doing with the harnesses. They got me into the harness quickly and without a lot of fuss. They then gave us the demo and introduction to the equipment. I got the explanation of the usage easily. The guide was concise in the explanation. While on the the course a young teen was having a hard time recovering to a standing position. A guide came over and calmly talked him through the process. Even when the teen was getting frustrated the guide remained calm not to mention encouraging to the teen. Great experience all around I can't recommend this place more. I will be back again and this time not when riding a motorcycle. The courses involved WAY more arms than you think and so does motorcycling. Will be back soon.

The staff made the setup process simple and was there for explanation and moral support without over doing it. Things definitely got challenging on the later stages and only my 13 y/o son made it all the way through. Pretty legit challenges, thanks for delivering as promised.

Abby and Matt are amazing. They’re so encouraging, supportive and attentive and offer helpful suggestions. Ten out of ten recommendation. It was challenging but a lot of fun.

This was way more than we could do and the staff was phenomenal! Our kids had a blast and we could not even finish after 3 hours. Great deal!! Lots of fun!

We drove for an hour to do the course and when we tried to check in they had closed the course because of lightning. Why was I not informed before we drove all that way?

It was excellent, me and my family made into the 5 level. What a great day! Do it about twice a year. Good for all age levels. You just have to be smart enough to know when you've had enough.

What an amazing experience! The whole family enjoyed it. Highly recommended for the whole family. My daughter is 13 and my son is 11. It was fun to see them challenge themselves. They are looking forward to the next time already and want to get farther. Thank you to the amazing staff who was very helpful in getting us all comfortable.

My son and I had a great experience. It was much more of a challenge and I expected. I got through the third level tried to continue, and they actually brought me down with no problem. I was surprised how high it was when I got to the fourth level. My son completed it all. I would train a little bit harder get my fingers in upper body ready and return.

Staff was helpful and knowledgeable, even had a bandage ready when my friend asked for one. Loved how challenging it was for all ages. There was not wait time once we got there, paid , sign waivers and then got started on their prefilm tutorial. I felt the price of adventure couse was a good value since if you did all five course it takes approximately 3 hours. I felt it was an excellent work out and I felt like a bad ass after I finished for completing it.

Unfortunately, viator did not connect with Flagstaff Extreme so they did not have us on their roster. They fit us in but the girl helping us was a bit rude. The other guides were great and the experience itself is a good one.

Unbelievable course construction. Challenges for all skill levels. Absolutely beautiful. I've never experienced such an awesome adventure course. The family had blast (ages 48, 47, 17, 15). Quality instructional video and guides prep the adventure. The staff from beginning to end was amazing. A must do experience. Will do again, for sure!!

The experience was awesome. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. The only thing I would do is book directly with the vendor. It was $10 cheaper and if you have a family member/friend not able to go they’ll refund your money. I had one family member who was unable to attend so the vendor gave me a voucher.
