The stories were interesting and nothing we’ve heard about before. We learned a little history of old flagstaff.

Very fun, though several stops take place by the train tracks so it can be noisy and hard to hear the guide.

Horrific! The tour guide was a confused uninformed kid that was absolutely clueless!
It was a huge waste to time and money and prevented us from having a good those and history tours! Horrible!!!!

The guide was good. He did a great job telling the tales. Learned more about the history of Flagstaff that you wouldn't get anywhere else.
On a cold night in Downtown Flagstaff it was a great night for ghost stories. I live in Phoenix and was visiting Flagstaff for the weekend and thought this tour would be cool and I was right. There was a good mix of ghost to history. My only feedback would be to have more specifics about the people who passed on like their names and stuff. A small thing but takes the experience to another level. I'm a ghost tour junkie, I go on one in every city I visit and the more specific information gives the stories a different feel.
She was very good and very passionate about the details. Very cold though. If you go from now thru the winter dress very warmly
The guide was late, which is fine, but she just didn’t have much of a presence telling the tales of the locations. She was easily distracted and quiet in demeanor - She was very sweet and kind to everyone, but I think she’s a little too soft spoken.

Tour guide never showed up. Tried calling multiple times and left a message and got no response. Viator was great at handling a full refund immediately though.

I'm so glad you enjoyed Sam's stories!! Unfortunately we are unable to access the haunted locations we visit. Many of them are privately owned or closed at that time making entry awkward, at best. We don't want to catch a ghost taking a shower or have one call the cops on us for breaking and entering, do we? I do hope that you'll visit us again with a different understanding of our tour format. Some of the cities we operate in do offer pub crawls which can give you the chance to take a look inside the haunted locations and you may want to get some booze while you search for spirits.
We had the WORST guide, the experience was so bad we left halfway through. If your job is to tell stories, you should be a good story teller and have a grasp of how the English language works. I’m requesting a refund and I would encourage people to not book this experience.

Our tour guide was Sam and she was so much fun! Absolutely love Flagstaff haunted history 😉 this experience was a maze balls and we will definitely recommend it to friends and family!

We got stood up and got left waiting there on the corner that we were told to meet the guide at. We ended up leaving after being there a half hour after of waiting for someone to show up.

We are very sorry your tour did not happen. An unforeseen illness with the guide forced us to close the tour. We did contact you a few hours prior but were not able to get in touch.
We loved when our tour guide showed her photo of the white lady! She was very fun and knowledgeable about the history of the locations!

Our tour guide was funny and knowledgeable, but the tour itself did not feel very engaging. It felt more like a history lesson. We were not able to look inside any of the buildings and we spent of lot of time just standing, listening to the stories/rumors. I don’t regret doing it because I was curious, but I would not recommend it to a friend who is actually looking to get scared.

My group had a blast on our group tour! Claire was an amazing guide and was very knowledgeable about the history of flagstaff and its many ghosts. I have a whole new perspective on the town now. Would definitely recommend taking the tour and enjoying a beverage at one of the haunted spots afterwards.

Sam was great at telling the ghost stories. I was disappointed that we did not get to go into any of the buildings. I thought there was a lot of walking away from the main downtown area and it was pretty dark. I had my 85 year old friend with me and she found it hard to walk in the dark and keep up.

If you’re in Flagstaff and you have time in your schedule I’d say book a quick tour and take in some history and learn some ghost stories to tell . This was fun, quick evening for all !

We made an appointment for four people. I was sent multiple emails explaining where to meet our tour guide and what time. We followed all the rules and I sent an email to ones that were sent to me in an attempted to make contact. After about 45 minutes of standing around waiting I received a phone call apologizing for the inconvenience. And they text me a phone number that I can try to get my refund so that's what I'm doing now.

Scott was amazing! He took his time with us and wasnt rushing the tour at all! In fact, at one of the stops pulled out his EMF detector while we had our GhostTube running and we captured amazing evidence of paranormal activity! It was an unforgettable experience and would highly recommend anyone to have Scott as their tour guide.
