A lot of walking but beautiful views. So interesting. Take Grand Canyon Dave’s Tours they are awesome. We had Linda as our tour guide and she is wonderful makes the trip so great. Her knowledge is so awesome.

They don't call it the Grand Canyon for nix. For first timers, a guided tour is the way to go. If you don't, guaranteed you'll miss stuff. Plus no hassles. We stayed in Flagstaff, they picked us up at our hotel. Didn't have to worry about anything. Our guide/driver, Linda, was outstanding. She was very knowledgable about the geography and the history of the area. She was excellent at adapting to our interests and pace. Kudos!
A highlight of our first trip to the Southwest.

This is hands down the best tour I have ever taken of the grand canyon Linda Edward's was amazing. It was never a dull moment. She taught us things and was patient with the whole group. I have never learned so much about rocks. This was the best tour.I would recommend this to anyone looking to see the Grand Canyon. Bible

The views of the canyon were spectacular. We didn't go to the visitor center. Our guide, John was not a pleasant individual, criticizing other drivers, other tour companies, all religions, and grumbling about politics. It's obvious he is passionate about the canyon and nature but doesn't understand how to deal w people. I recommend the tour if you can get another guide.

Exceeded expectations today on our trip to the Grand Canyon with Tania. She was so knowledgable about the Grand Canyon-how it was formed, the different layers of rock and the history and contributions of the early inhabitants. Tania made sure we saw every beautiful spot around the canyon. We had the good fortune of traveling with a very sweet couple from Canada. Lunch spot was delicious and timed perfectly! We could not have asked for a better day. We definitely recommend. Thank you Tania!

Keaton arrived exactly at the arranged time and we had a quick trip up to the Canyon. There were only 9 of us on the trip so we only had two stops to pick people up en route. At the Canyon we visited several viewing spots on the South and East rim. Keaton explained a lot about the geology and history of the Canyon. Lunch at Maswik Lodge was provided - very tasty. We had a great day out.

Our guide and interpretive naturalist was very knowledgeable about both the human and natural history of the Grand Canyon region. His emphasis was on the geology of the GC and adjacent areas, but he touched on plants, birds, and herps as well. He often used the questions posed by our group to prompt him into a longer discourse about a particular topic. As a former interpretive naturalist myself, I thought that he did a very creditable job!

Keaton was a wonderful guide. He had bottled drinks of various types, binoculars, handouts of canyon flora, wildlife, geology. Knew good places for views and lunch. Drove well! Love the hotel pickup.

This review was a day tour from Flagstaff, Arizona to the Grand Canyon South Rim which was a *FANTASTIC* experience!
Keaton was amazing, an ENCYCLOPAEDIC knowledge of the Culture, History, Geography, Botany and Ecology of the Grand Canyon. A great guide, very personable and he added so much context to the tour and with each and every spot / stop. Lunch was great also, we really couldn’t rate this tour highly enough, fabulous, thank you Keaton!

Seeing the Grand Canyon for the first time is what it must be like going to Mars. It's hard to comprehend something existing that is so different than what could be imagined. Truly the Eighth Wonder of The World. That being said, Keaton was truly a wonderful man and guide on this tour, a fountain of knowledge. Word of warning: The walking is not difficult. But there are so many stops that by the end of the day the walking has added up. And, every stop has one, or two, souvenir shops! The final stop is at the biggest Navaho souvenir shop in the state. It's OK. Everybody has to make a living.

John was a great tour guide. We learned a lot from his knowledgeable commentary about the Grand Canyon, local trees, plants, and animals. A highlight was a 15 minute talk about the type of rocks present in the canyon, which included actual rock samples and a colorful take home laminated identification brochure. Our tour included snacks, drinks and a delicious hot lunch of our choice. It was our first trip to the beautiful Grand Canyon. We thoroughly enjoyed our day with John, who we highly recommend!

Keaton was a fabulous tour guide. He was so knowledgeable about the canyon, how it was formed and the people that came in the early days. I learned a lot in those few hours. I would highly recommend Dave's Canyon Tours. The only suggestion I would make are the van needed better shocks! It was a bit of a rough ride getting to the canyon. 😀

You will see different points of the grand canyon. The guide gives a lot of interesting facts about what happened at the canyon throughout the ages. Lunch, snacks, and beverages are included. It is the best way to visit the canyon. Let the guide do the driving. No stress.
