The bike tour of Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn was fantastic! Our guide, Paul, made the experience truly memorable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, pointing out landmarks and sharing fascinating historical perspectives along the way. About halfway through the ride, the chain on my bike fell off, and Paul immediately stopped to fix it so I could continue without missing a beat. His professionalism, kindness, and passion for the city made the tour both fun and informative. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting New York!

We had a great time on the tour. The e bikes allow you to get from point a to point b so fast. Got to see great and different views of the city. Our guide was very kind and knowledgeable!
The day was beautiful, perfect weather and Charlie was great. The bikes worked like a charm and we saw amazing views.

We loved this tour. Was a great way to start our New York trip. Not only did we see some of the big sights and great views on Manhattan, we also got to see some places that I’d never even heard of before which was great

Thank you, Stephen! We're so glad this was a fantastic start to your New York trip, combining the big sights with some hidden gems you hadn't heard of before. Hope to see you again on your next visit!
The best way to see the real New York and Brooklyn if you only have a couple hours. The bikes were good and Glen's savvy knowledge and tour guide wisdom made it the highlight of my brief stay.

Thank you for the fantastic review! We're so glad Glen made your time in New York so memorable — there really is no better way to take in Lower Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge than on two wheels. We hope to welcome you back on your next visit!
Best way to explore lower Manhattan and Brooklyn in two hours. I recommend Sunday morning for this tour.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thank you for the great tip and the kind words! Sunday morning really is a wonderful time to explore — quieter streets and a beautiful start to the day. We're glad the tour hit the mark and hope to see you back out on the road again soon!
Fantastic experience, Eddie made it so much fun even in the rain!
Learnt so much about the area and his stories are so interesting.
100% recommendation
Eddie was a great guide. Tour itself was awesome. The experience at the shop getting the bike was disorganized and not very clear. Could use improvement and better direction. Also would be a good idea to start the tour explaining traffic laws, who has right of way, stop lights, etc.
This was a really cool experience. Me and my son learned a lot about the history of the area. Our tour guide was fun and knowledgeable. I recommend you have some gloves and dress real warm during the winter.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re delighted to hear that you and your son enjoyed the tour and found it both engaging and informative. It’s especially great to know that our guide helped bring the local history to life in a fun and approachable way.
We also appreciate your practical tip about dressing warmly during the winter months—this is very helpful advice for future guests, particularly when conditions can be chilly.
Thank you for choosing Unlimited Biking. We hope to welcome you and your family on another tour in the future.
The tour was great, and Kevin did a fantastic job, but like with all these tour companies, there's always the tip talk at the end that makes you feel obligated or guilty if you don't tip. If they feel undercompensated, they should ask their bosses for a raise or consider going on strike. Only when the money stops flowing into the owners' pockets will there be some real change.
All four of us enjoy being active and feel comfortable riding bikes. This was a fun way yo explore the city. Eddie, our guide, was very knowledgeable and we could tell he loves the city and what he does.

Great way to see some of the city. Fun activity with family. Going across both bridges on a bike was a great experience.
Kevin was a fun, funny, and thoughtful tour guide. My friend's bike broke down during the tour, but Kevin handled the situation so quickly that my friend had a new bike within minutes and we were back on the tour without much delay. I would choose Kevin as a guide again!
Let me start by saying we usually go to a bike tour in every city we visit and this would be my first not so good review.
In a rainy day please make sure you have a poncho since they do not provide it or give the option to buy one. A bottle of water is Not provided by tour either, you need to take your own. They rushed us out of the door without even measuring bikes, helmets or even making sure the bikes worked properly. My partner had to go back before starting to change helmet that did not fit.. My bike had to be changed during the first stop since it was not shifting. My partners bikes chain disengaged while shifting while we where on the bridge part of tour and he had to fix it himself since the tour guide was way ahead with the group. There where not even wipes available to clean greasy hands,
On the return of our tour I let the person in the counter know about our issues and suggested they should provide better maintenance to the bikes, since additionally to our issues, most of the bikes in the tour had the brakes screeching heavily.
The tour guide Paul was very good with information provided during tour.
Our guide, Chuck, was outstanding and an authentic NYC local well-versed in the history and many largely unpublicized aspects of this amazing part of NYC. Biking over both Manhatten & Brooklyn Bridges, Brooklyn Bridge Park, and Brooklyn Heights were all highlights of this memorable experience. Great quality bikes also.
Ed was great! A real New Yorker! You could tell he loved his job and his city! We had fun even in the snow! Def get you a e bike. It makes the bridge a breeze !
Bob is a wonderful guide; we really enjoyed his tour. He shared interesting stories and took some great pictures for us. We highly recommend the tour for anyone who enjoys biking.

I liked the place under Brooklyn bridge and the overall feeling of riding on the bridges. The guide was awesome. Thank you Chwrlie
Had a great biking tour with Yves! He was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. Great and very fun way to see the sites!
We did the bridges (Brooklyn and Manhattan) tour with Manny and he is amazing!! So knowledgeable and made this tour fun and informative. He has vast knowledge of the history of the bridges and settling of Manhattan. We learned a lot and this was our funnest activity during our 5 days in the city!!! Will definitely do this again in future trips.
Going through areas that we wouldn’t have found ourselves. Yves knowledge of surroundings. Using an e-bike for the first time.
Best tour you can buy to see the real New York!! Definitely I suggest it. And the tour guide Yves is definitely is the best. So friendly and informative person 👏
The tour ended up being good. Chuck the tour guide saved the day. Our original tour guide didn’t show up. Our tour was supposed to start at 10 and we got going around 11. The tour description said we got to see Chinatown and Williamsburg but we never got there. FYI: the place doesn’t have a washroom and apparently no garbage so make sure you are prepared for that. There are washrooms along the tour but not at the bike place.
Great experience, our guide Charlie was very knowledgeable on the history of the area.
Had time to stop and take pictures and enjoy the beautiful views of the Manhattan & Brooklyn bridges.
Alex was an amazing tour guide. He is SO knowledgeable and has a great, friendly personality. We were part of a large group, but he still managed to make sure we all saw the sights and learned about them.
Alex was super knowledgeable and made the ride fun! Would recommend doing the e-bikes for biking over the bridge.
Always a great way to introduce NYC to anyone! Have done this for the 3rd time and it has always been fun!
Eddie out tour guid was amazing very knowledgable will definitely recommend and would do it again
AWESOME
Bob, is a fantastic tour guide. Went on 11/11, 9:30 AM. Would recommend this time. Only 2 other riders, from the Netherlands, so they can ride. I'm an American and a big biker. I'd say this ride is not for beginner riders, or do electric. We did not and no problem, but we were fit and experienced. Loved going over to Brooklyn Heights. Have been to NYC many times and a first over there. The views looking back over NYC and the East river were special. Plus it was a bright, sunny, cool (50ish) day. Bob, was very knowledgeable a world traveler.
Eddy, the tour guide was great and very knowledgeable about Brooklyn and NYC. A little scary riding over the bridges with e-bikes and illegal motorized vehicles on the bike path, but otherwise, it was easy riding. The views from Brooklyn were unforgettable! Very friendly staff!
