Very upsetting experience, staff was rude and not welcoming at all. Was not able to make it to the tour due to a faulty address link which made us late.

We made every effort to get you to our location and even held a guide back just to do a private tour with you. We are also listed on Google Maps. we waited over an hour and you still did not show up. Your review does not reflect the tour. you did not do the tour. shame on you for a bad review.

We were at the pickup site early 1:50 trip was at 2pm. No one was there.! There was no sign for the trip. We waited & finally a tour guide returned from another trip & gave me the phone number of the tour owner “ John “ l. When I spoke with him & explained that we were there & saw no sign of a tour he then called me a liar but suggested he would drive us somewhere for a drink & chill. We travelled as long way with cab expense to take this ride & at least a refund.thanks

Simply False. I was there personally and waited till 2:30. When you called, I returned but your personality and anger was so off-putting that I decide not to take you anywhere. You insisted that I take you back into Manhattan as if I were your Uber driver. I did consider taking your tour myself on my way back and already on the highway home (45 minutes past 2pm) but when I met you, I had to decline as the relationship was unsalvageable at that point - there were many angles to this, not just your unrealistic insistence that everyone in the area should have known where our tour location is as if Brooklyn is a one-street-light town, but also I did not feel the tour would have been enjoyable because the fitness level may have been inappropriate. We ask that our guests arrive 20 minutes early to be fitted on a bike and to go over safety and the route. We can be patient if our guests call us early enough, we understand that Brooklyn is a big place; but being notified after the tour time does not afford us to wait around with others who are eagerly ready to go out. And again, if perhaps, you had owned up to being behind schedule, I would not have been DISAPPOINTED by your personality and may have chosen to at a minimum take you for cocktails and work on getting you on a different tour.

My family and I had so much fun on the bike tour. I had no idea what to expect but our tour guide made everything so fun! He showed us around Brooklyn and Manhattan and literally knows the history about everything. It was more than a bike tour, it allowed for some cool pictures and some cool NYC facts to take home. If you’re looking for something fun to do and memorable please book this tour! You will not regret it, and you can brag to everyone that you accomplished the tour successful. Big thanks to our tour guide, he made my mom’s birthday the best she’s had yet!

This was explained to you, while you still had the option of going on your original booking. As you were the only ones booked that day to cross the Brooklyn Bridge, we thought you would enjoy being added to our group on our better experience.
