- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested

- Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle/van

I had such a terrible experience during the first leg of this reservation that I canceled the second half of the round trip. Apparently Carmel Limo is the sourced out provider for Viator in Boston and it's a rat race to get your transportation. Will be using a different service from now on.

The ride from the hotel to the airport was quick & easy 15-20 minutes to the airport Excellent driver. (Since I was never sent a text to comment on the ride to the hotel from the airport I will rate it here.) I will never use your service again. When we got in the car it smelled of pot. The driver drove us a back way through an industrial area that took almost an hour to get to the hotel.

I want a full refund. Your dispatcher got our pick up time wrong even after i called 24 hours in advance to confirm. They could not get to us in time to take us to the airport. We did not use your service because we are on a schedule and you were not able to pick us up at the prearranged time. I am entitled to a full refund because you failed.

Once again, my clients were stranded and had to use Uber. Carmel Limo Service did not pick them up at the airport and canceled 30 minutes before pick up time due to not having a vehicle, nor did they transport them to the airport because they said the clients would have to upgrade because the mini van reserved would not accommodate 2 adults, 2 children, 4 carry on size suitcases and 4 backpacks, which the clients could have held in their lap.

Warning!!! Do not use. We booked them for an early morning transfer to the airport. I had contacted them the day before to confirm. Everything was confirmed. I even had a text to track our driver. Morning of, nobody shows up. I call and they inform me that they cancelled. No call, no text, no updates on my tracking link. I looked back at emails and had one 8 hours prior to waking up that morning that just said to call them regarding our transfer, nothing else. I was furiously left scrambling to get to the airport with two older parents and two younger kids. Thankfully Uber came through and it was cheaper than this transfer company. Do not use. Uber is 1000x better and more reliable.

I rang during the week to confirm transfer. They told me all was well and they would be there considering the didn’t turn up previously from airport to hotel.
I received and email past bed time wanting more money or the wasnt going to be there to get us as there was somehow a discrepancy in the address. Again, left stranded. Disgusting service.

I was over charged toll fee to and from Logan airport. Total for both was $18.50. Considering how much I paid for the ride each way for two people was $56 each way. Both drivers where dishonest.

When I booked this trip through Viator, I selected an SUV because of the number of passengers and luggage. When I talked with the actual car company, they said they were not informed well in advance of the SUV requirement.
Let me be clear the driver was very nice and managed to cram us and our luggage in a Honda Pilot. Our trip was safe and fast to the airport.
I take issue with the communication between Viator and the car company. That’s where the improvement is needed.

I did receive a call with estimated pick up range, but in the future would appreciate a description of car and driver to know who to look for. Again, for the "new" toll fee-this should have been previously part of the email/payment and not just something told on the way.

Not punctual at all and required several calls to the customer center to make sure that the driver arrived at the place originally provided during the booking process. That was such a panic moment in the very early morning when no other options were available. The driver drove very fast later on our way to the airport, which was not comfortable for those who have motion sickness easily. I was not sure how the driver ended up even having the courage to ask for tips, which was "surprising", given the service.

Changed pick up location with Viator but they did not inform the vendor. Luckily, I spoke with vendor and they have to charge additional fee. Extra charge was fine but the way the vendor talked, "do you want it or not" in a very unpleasant manner! Then, we were charged extra fee for a luggage!

I have booked this company three times now, each time thinking that it would turn out better. I was wrong. The first time, the car wanted to pick me up from 'Departures' rather than baggage claim so I had to lug my luggage up to meet the car. The next time and this time, the car did not show. After waiting and searching, I phoned the company. The associate was beyond rude and VERY hard to understand. By the time that they located my reservation and were going to 'dispatch' a car, I was already in a taxi headed to the hotel. Each time they refused to reimburse my money by lying to Viator. I travel a lot. This is one of the worst services.

We organised a transfer from Back bay to the airport, thinking it would be easier. We were wrong. At the agreed pick up time, the car was no where to be seen. We called the company and they were extremely rude, informing me that the car was late, as if it was my fault. when the driver arrived over 20 mins late, he didn't offer an apology or explanation, he just asked for $$ for the tolls. Upon reflection, it would be much easier and cheaper to use an Uber.

It wasn't bad enough going there that we had to pay a toll 3 when arriving and being brought to our hotel but this time we were asked to pay the toll both ways. 7.50. And then they expect a tip too. What do you actually pay for. I'll take an Uber next time.
