A great romantic way to spend our anniversary! We got married on the Seaport Elite ship and it was nice to see that ship docked nearby. The views were spectacular!
Staff were attentive and helpful and surprised us with a let’s celebrate dessert.
We will definitely be doing this again.

My husband & I planned a trip to Boston 3 weeks ago & were really excited to explore new territory together. Then, tragically, a week later his father passed away & we were going to reschedule. After his family encouraged us to go, to catch our breathe, recharge our batteries, we decided to go as planned.
I am a water person & so the very first activities I book on vacation is water-based tours & that was the case for this trip. We scheduled this cruise for our first night. We thought it would be relaxing & enjoyable evening. We wanted to take time to reflect on our loss & toast his dad. A beautiful, peaceful environment to take it all in.
As we booked rather last minute we were initally seated at a table for two which was located very close to the buffett line with many tables around us. Due to our circumstances & emotional vulnerability I had asked our AMAZING server (Bryan) if there was anyway to be moved closer to a window & a more secluded space. Unbeknownst to me, the manager (Jahzarah) who was behind me over heard the conversation & IMMEDIATELY came over to offer her condolences & to say she would do whatever she could to help us.
Within minutes we were moved to a more secluded table with a lovely view. She was so kind & so accommodating to our unique needs. I felt that she - and her INCREDIBLE team - moved mountains for us. We could feel their empathy & care. So much so that I was actually moved to tears by the level of care they provided to us.
Nando, our server at our new table, also went above & beyond to make us feel cared for & attended to. He kept checking on us to make sure every need we had was met. He really engaged with us & we were in awe by how attentive both he, Bryan & Jahzarah were to us from start to finish.
It must be mentioned that Bryan, our initial server, continued to come over & check on us even though we weren't his patrons anymore. He continued to do so throughout the evening. The both of them went above & beyond & delivered the most attentive & empathetic service that we have ever been so fortunate to receive. They opened their hearts to us that evening and we were in the most caring & capable hands.

We took the City Cruises Boston dinner cruise for our wedding anniversary. The dining experience itself was good, the staff were attentive, the food was reasonably well prepared, and the overall atmosphere on deck was pleasant.
Unfortunately, the DJ really fell flat again. This is the second time we’ve taken this cruise and the music has been lackluster both times. The dance floor stayed mostly empty all evening because the selections just didn’t fit the energy or the occasion. A stronger, more engaging music set could make a world of difference to the overall experience.
It’s still a nice way to see the Boston skyline at night, but I hope City Cruises invests in improving their entertainment, it’s the only part that keeps this from being a truly exceptional evening.

It seemed to be too long. We were ready to get off. We had a table of 8 so they put us in the back and limited view. Couldn’t see the dance floor or anything. Had to get up to see the outside view. It was night so it was cold and had to stay inside.

I was disappointed in this trip. I booked it for the night views of the harbor and we were on the bottom deck with no view. Serious safety violations with an open door that had no deck! I could have fallen off the boat. I was charged $5 for a coke. It might be good for a younger person who likes to dance.

We really don't understand how you would understand that my birthday I paid $1,345.96 for the boat just I had a problem with the rain that was falling but 15 minutes you didn't give and you said you won't reschedule it for me for another date.... This was a fun experience!
We did get lost and dropped off at the wrong dock but we made it before the boat took off. The food was amazing, the staff was friendly, although I had made my reservation for 3 people and our host originally took us to a table with 2 place settings before she realized there was 3 people.
There was another party going on downstairs so there seemed to be a mix of people onboard. The food was all delicious and I enjoyed it.
My only slight complaint was that the dj didn't seem to have a good read of the room. He started off on good dinner music and then went to more night club music, which was not the vibe considering the crowd was an older group and had a few families included. He got a couple of good songs on for some people to get on the dance floor but it seemed like he was playing what he wanted to hear and not to the crowd.
