They cancelled my tour at 9:00pm. Came in from out of town for 1 night for my daughter’s Birthday.They stated that only me and my daughter were the only 2 so they would not be able to do the 9 pm tour. Bear in mind they called at 7:04 pm. Asked if we could do the 8 and I advised that we were at her “Birthday Dinner” told us if we couldn’t to let them know. We let them know and they don’t want to refund/the girl that we spoke twice with lied even tried to gaslight me. There was a second girl as well that said I could get my refund all I needed to do was contact third party. Moral of story is they scammed us and won’t give us our refund.

We arrived exactly where they told us to meet. No tour guide present, we waited a while and called the number provided before leaning. What a waste and “no refund” policy shouldn’t apply if your tour guide doesn’t show.

It was like reading an audio book. Visiting the sites of actual incidents are fine but need more hands-on experience to get close to the paranormal activities. Lacks the excitements of the tour.

Tiffany didn’t seem to be fully prepared for the experience at the start. She worked hard to engage us in the stories but we didn’t find it compelling.

Cancelled before the tour. Showed up 15 min early like suggested, after the tour guide was over 15 min late I found a voicemail from an hour before canceling. Would have been nice if they text or emailed. Haven’t been able to get a refund

A rip off, no scary experience just walking through the city and a guy telling you stories, also walking through the city, during this tour a truck drove by and started throwing eggs at us very terrible experience.

The tour was good. Different locations were presented of where deaths occurred.
More in-depth story telling would have made it better. Many times it was stated there is a lot more information but you need to research it.
I am not sure why this was an adult only tour. The information provided was not inappropriate nor a lot of gore/ details were provided to make the tour an adult only tour.
