Excellent tour guide. Very convenient to hop on and off all day. Had a problem with bus and Viator generously refunded promptly. Also love using Viator when traveling!

The tour guide was wonderful. I believe her name was Maddie. She was full of information and was very friendly.
The driver was Mike (I think) and did an excellent job trying to get us in the shade whenever possible.
They made a great team.

Our only complaint was if you were doing the hop on hop off it wasn’t made perfectly clear as to where we needed to wait to be picked up at any stop we hopped off of. Is there anyway that there be a sign indicating hop on hop off. Otherwise we had an awesome time.

We enjoyed our 90 minute tour …… the hop on hop off part was not available due to staffing problems but the company called me a couple weeks before our trip and gave me the option of refunding my money or taking just the tour (refunding me the difference). I really appreciated that a lot and took the 90 minute tour.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and the tour was great. Loved seeing the city and learning the history of Austin.

Riding on top of bus- it’s relaxing and you can see everything. The guide was awesome. Even if you have been to Austin before you get additional information from the tour guides it was so much fun.

Thee we hop on and hop off tour worked great for us. Since our full day tour spanned many hours, we had two tour guides (Jason and Phil) who were excellent. They were both very personable and provided a great overview of the city. We hopped off at the State Capitol and Bullock Texas History Museum stops and enjoyed the sites. Highly recommend the hop off and hop on tour!

Excellent experience! So convenient to hop in & off at the different locations. Just be aware that the bus comes to the stop every 90 minutes.

The tour guides we had were fabulous…fountains of information and funny at the same time…also very helpful with timing and directions and restaurant and night life suggestions…love Viator tours

The tour was a great experience. We were a little late for 11:30 departure due to heavy traffic on I-35, but found out that the bus was still there. The staff and tour guide were very nice and friendly. We hoped off at South Congress Ave to enjoy our lunch. When we were having our lunch, the staff called us that the bus broke down and couldn't take us back to the Visitor Center, and she told us that they would refund our tickets. I am very impressed with the service. I would recommend the tour to anyone who is new to Austin. We walked back to Visitor Center, and fortunately it is not too far.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and we learned a great deal. Our only complaint would be it’s not set up to actually hop on and hop off throughout the day when you have to wait an hour and a half for the next bus to come by. In other cities we’ve done the hop on hop off and the wait time is much less and the on/off stops are clearly marked.

Jason was the best….so engaging and knowledgeable, as well as entertaining. Loved the tour. Too bad there is only one bus so the if you get off it’s a 90 minute wait for the next one

Guide was friendly and knowledgeable so the trip was great. Due to the length between buses picking up at a stop, we weren't able to get to additional stops.

A group of us that have been doing Happy Hour for 25 years have since graduated to doing road trips to new places together. Our experience was awesome and learned so much about the city, its history and were able to explore at leisure. With a fast approaching storm we were kept aware of problems on the route and alerted when the last bus would be in our area. Excellent experience, recommendations and attentive customer service was why we highly recommend them.
