Very comfortable trip, courteous and friendly driver. We had entire large van to ourselves (3 people).
Didn't deliver on advertised service. Never greeted anyone on the bus. Never gave any narration on the scenery or Alaska. Technically it was a cab ride with no personality.

Our driver was super courteous, knowledgeable about the area that we drove through and got us to our destination on time. The vehicle was extremely comfortable and clean and neat.
Easy to book. Easy to find at the airport. Nice bus and great driver. Beautiful ride to Whittier. Drops off at the cruise terminal.
the driver was late for 1.5 hrs and didn't contact me until 9am on that day. This affected my trip in Whittier and I lost a valuable cruise tip to see the glaciers. This is my first time to use Viator and maybe the last time!

Your scheduled pick up time was for 9AM. We apologize for any confusion, but we do not offer any transfers at 7:30 AM, as you stated. The bus was very comfortable. The bus driver knowledgeable and friendly. The bus got to the pickup site a little early and pick up went very smoothly.
Very poor communication with the company. The email was vague on where to meet so I called and they told me the wrong door. I called again when my schedule time was coming up. They told me to wait. I called a third time and they were like oh you’re at the wrong door. I’ll give it to them the bus left without me but came back for me. I feel bad I made everyone 30 minutes late but I did make every effort to get directions from the company
Nice clean vehicle. Excellent driver. Very relaxing drive. There is a convenient store and drugstore on the way and driver offered to stop if we needed.
Great service. Driver was very safe and personable. Van was very clean and conformable. Absolutely no issues it was a great experience.
The bus was very comfortable and the driver was very professional. I was a little annoyed that we left 20 minutes late waiting for passengers that never showed up, but it all turned out good. We still made the 10:30 tunnel time, so I was on the first group to board the ship at 11:00.
Charles was a great driver. He made sure we got through the tunnel in time and entertained us with stories while we waiting for our turn in the tunnel! Highly recommend.

Reliable, comfortable transportation between Anchorage and Whittier. The bus was convenient and comfortable. The driver shared information about the area and what we saw on the way. I appreciate the fact that she stopped at a scenic lake overlook on the way, instead of just having to sit on the bus, waiting to go through the tunnel.
Awful experience from meeting bus, leaving 30 minutes late and having to go into the luggage hold to retrieve our bags and help others get theirs.

Our bus never showed up..we waited on the second level of the ANK Airport where commercial busses pick up passengers. Got there 20 minutes early and were assured by others we were in the right place. I called the number on our receipt and it wasn't accepting messages. We found an alternate bus option, fortunately, and someone from THE GMX(?) BUS CO CALLED at about 2:20 to say the driver was looking for us. We took the safe route and stayed with the company we rescheduled with. I'd like a refund.

Great experience and wonderful guide. Catered to our needs and allowed us to stop for pictures along the way. Provided information along the trip from Anchorage to Whittier. Would definitely book again!
My driver was an amazing guy. Sylvester was as engaging, but also gave me space for the quiet during the nearly 2 hour drive from Anchorage to Whittier. Driving was flawless and smooth. The Sprinter van was plenty comfortable and clean. I can’t recommend this company enough.
We had a wonderful experience with the 9 AM shuttle service from Anchorage to Whittier on May 23. Our driver was punctual, professional, and made the whole trip very enjoyable. He drove very safely and smoothly throughout the ride, which we really appreciated.
He was also very friendly and talkative, sharing lots of interesting stories and information about Alaska’s history, local culture, and the surrounding areas along the way. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the ride itself became part of the experience instead of just transportation. Our driver clearly enjoys what he does, and it made a big difference for our trip.

We needed a last minute transfer to the shipyard, and they were most willing to help. They picked us up at the airport. The driver was a wealth of information and was most willing to share his knowledge with the passengers.
