Buonissimo!
The pasta class was GREAT! Kevin was a wonderful pasta guide, as were the “supporting characters” who helped to keep things running smoothly. It was a lot of fun. Two things: 1) Viator stated that the class started at 1:00; however it began at 1:30 and we did not receive notice. Something to iron out as we struggled to make it “on time”, only to wait a half hour. 2) Just a suggestion - A little Italian instrumental music in the background would be a nice extra touch. Overall, a great afternoon - Grazie, Kevin!

What a fun way to spend...
What a fun way to spend an afternoon! We were guided with how to make pizza from scratch, and even got the recipes in the end! We were also shown how to make gelato. I’ve done quite a few of these experiences - I do wish the leader was more interactive with the audience. Other than that, perfect experience!

Don't Miss this Amazing Opportunity to Learn How to Make Pasta from a Professional in Italy!
This Pasta Making Class is Amazing! My 2 adult daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed learning how to make real pasta from a professional chef in a professional kitchen in Italy! A memorable experience! The instructor was so knowledgeable and experienced and he made the class so much fun for everyone! After making the pasta, it was cooked and then we all sat down at a long table and enjoyed what we actually made with a glass of wine! So nice!!! It was lovely to share this experience with people from the Netherlands, Mexico, Brazil and Asia! Another amazing tour/ class with Viator!

Fun and informative cooking class!
We gathered for a glass of prosecco and introductions to start. First we learned how to make and assemble tiramisu - simple yet precise. Then we made and kneaded pasta dough. We stretched the dough through a pasta machine then made 3 shapes - ravioli, tortellone, and tagliatelle. Our instructor, Joanna, was fun, energetic and positive. She gave great tips throughout and praised us, even when our shapes didn't turn out quite right. 😄 We enjoyed a hearty lunch of each pasta with a complimentary sauce. The wine tasting option was great, as we tasted new varieties of wines that paired well with the pastas. Overall an excellent experience - highly recommend!

Ready to roll your own pasta and master nonna’s classic recipes, like pici with local pork ragu and tortelli filled with ricotta and fresh herbs? Tuscany cooking classes are hosted everywhere from major cities like Florence to quaint farmhouses in the countryside, so you can get in the kitchen for a hands-on experience no matter where you’ve planned your trip. While private courses are widely available, group lessons are popular for their free-flowing wine and the convivial meal shared at the end of class.
