We had the most fun time...

We had the most fun time at this cooking class! The instructor Simona was incredible and very encouraging. You will make three different types of pasta, focussing on the dough since the filling and the sauces are made by the host/restaurant. Making the dough and layering the Tiramisu was very fun in a cute working space, you also receive a "chef hat" and apron which we loved. This activity is definitely not suitable for vegans since the pasta prepared will be fresh egg pasta and the fillings included cheese which could not be seperated out. However, they were very accomodating of my vegetarian diet and prepared a delicious rich vegetable ragu for me when the beef ragu was served for the other guests. The pasta and Tiramisu was delicious and definitely a highlight of the experience! Again the instructor and all the staff were wonderful and we can thoroughly recommend this experience.

Absolutely brilliant! We had such a great time and would absolutely recommend this to friends and family and anyone visiting Florence. The class was educational but yet simple enough for beginners to follow and enjoy it over stressing about doing it for the first time. The food and drink was so tasty and the hosts were welcoming, friendly and a good laugh, also really knowledgeable. It gave us a taste of authentic Tuscany.

Great Cooking Class and Market Visit!

Did the Pasta Lovers Cooking Class from Florence with a visit to the Sant'Ambrogio Market and had a fantastic experience. Fabio was our Chef instructor and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the local produce, cuisine, and cooking techniques. Highly recommend the Market visit as you get to see all the amazing local produce, meats, and cheeses. Not only did we buy fresh tomatoes, basil, and meats for cooking, we even sampled a cured meat platter! Highly recommended!!

Francy’s cooking class was amazing!! Everyone was so kind and helpful. My 4 year old loved the class. The class offered great tips on how to make fresh pasta and sauces. The views were beautiful. I would highly recommend coming. You will have a great time and food.

The cooking class, tour of the winery, castle and celler was amazing! One of our favorite experiences in Italy as a family. It was so much fun, even our teenage boys enjoyed. We prepared a dessert and two pasta dishes. Although I am an experienced cook, I had never made fresh pasta and it was a great introduction. We sampled some wines while cooking and were served seveal kinds on wine durring the lunch. We dined outside with the beautiful Tuscsn landscape in the background. It was a perfect way to spend thr afternoon!

Brilliant experience

Brilliant experience, highly recommended we were a family with teen son but there were all ages and couples , friends and families. Our chef was great we were up the top of the building there were 3 cooking areas and about 100 people over the 3 areas, was very well organised. We cooked 3 different types of pastas. Then ate them you won’t go hungry. Plenty of wine , water and soft drinks available. A favourite thing to do in Florence!

One of the best highlights of our trip. Simone was welcoming and personable. His instructions were easy to follow and our final recipes were delicious. I would highly recommend this class to anyone traveling to Siena. Best ravioli with truffles and tirimisu. Can't wait to practice at home.

Educational and Fun!

We not only had a blast and laughed our heads off, but we also learned a lot. Our hosts Katia and Fulvio were absolutely delightful. Fulvio led our cooking class, and as beginners, his framework was perfecto: provide simple, accessible recipes while sharing easy, memorable tricks in the kitchen that make a big impact on the dishes being prepared. GO HERE!!! Camilla is absolutely wonderful! Only 30 minutes outside of Florence! The views are spectacular, the food is delicious, and the host family is soooo kind and friendly! The experience felt so authentic. They get all their food and produce locally, not at supermarkets. We had so much fun and the biggest the class can be is 12 people, so It felt intimate and special! You cook and eat outside on their farm overlooking the rolling hills of Tuscany - you can’t beat this unique experience! They have other excursions like truffle hunting with Camilla’s son and one of their dogs! I would go back every day if I could!!! The family let the group stay well past the time It said online, just to let us enjoy the company, food and farm. I will absolutely join this wonderful family again on my next trip to Italy!

Wonderful cooking class experience!

This experience was way above our expectations. We joined our host Barbara in her lovely home where she was waiting for us with a prepped kitchen and a smile. She was a great teacher and provided us with lots of hands on time preparing the two pastas and tiramisu. We had a wonderful meal from our cooking paired with a delicious bottle of wine.

Best experience in Italy

Of all the things we did on our two week trip to Italy, this ranks as the best. Silvia cared for every detail and was ready for us at arrival. Her knowledge of the Italian cuisine was great and she shared so much information with us, not to mention wine 😊. While we weren’t exactly sure what to expect, all 10 of us left fulfilled and grateful. We are going to mimic this experience with our family back home and make a day of it. Great Afternoon Learning to Make Pasta

Great experience learning to make pasta with Sebastien. He met us nearby his apartment and we went back and learned a lot about making pasta. As a Venetian, he had interesting insights on the city and cooking. He has a beautiful redone kitchen with spectacular views of the canal which made the experience even more special. I would recommend this tour to any one interested in cooking and looking for something a little different in Venice.
