One day in Barcelona

We had a wonderful day out and about in Barcelona.. this tour was above our expectations made possible by the lively vibrant Nila and our driver Victor .. Nila was high energy and very formative on all areas of her beautiful city .. we had a lovely lunch at a Tapas restaurant close by the Sagrada Família . The tour was busy but we were never felt rushed .. all in all a wonderful experience to fit as much in as possible in a short amount of time!! Thank you Nila ♥️♥️

The Royal Palace tour exceeded expectations. • I learned far more Spanish royal history than I anticipated, and every bit of it was fascinating. • The guide was exceptional—more storyteller than lecturer—which made the experience immersive and easy to follow. • The tour moved at a good pace and never dragged; in fact, it went by surprisingly fast because the content was so interesting. Overall, it’s a highly worthwhile stop in Madrid, especially if you appreciate history delivered in a lively, memorable way.

Wonderful tour guide!

I’m happy I got to see a tiny bit of Park Guell. The Viator guide, Mark, was wonderful—very kind and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately for me, I was unable to complete the tour due to my age and lack of stamina for walking the park. I would still recommend the tour to anyone under 80 years old!!!

Experience is definitely guide-worthy!

If you think you can see the Sagrada Família without a guide, you’re mistaken. This spectacular basilica has so many meaningful biblical references in its design, tributes to Joseph, Mary and Jesus, and storytelling from scripture, all of which I would not have caught if our phenomenal guide hadn’t pointed each out in our tour. Elenia was the best guide we could have hoped for, as she was energetic, knowledgeable, passionate and intentional in how she cared for our group and positioned us perfectly for each story. Thank you, Viator, for consistently offering fantastic experiences.

If it is hot, the park...

If it is hot, the park can be pretty difficult. There were lots of stairs at the park and not tons of shade. It was in the high 90’s when we went. The walk from the drop of point to Sagrada Família was pretty far away. You will get your steps in!! Olga was a great guide, with tons of enthusiasm.

Montserrat/VIP Wine Tour

Excellent, Excellent tour. The itinerary was perfect. Carla was super-attentive and super knowledgable about the subject matter from start to finish. The three course lunch was truly delicious, and the wine tasting, followed by the barrel tasting in the cellar were both wonderful experiences. The only suggestion for improvement would be to perhaps better manage the timing of the activities associated with the VIP itinerary. The bus transportation is shared amongst several different experiences. The VIP tour provides for some additional activities compared to some of the other tours. Since the transportation is shared, we at times felt rushed to complete an experience and get back to the bus where the others were waiting.

Fantastic tour!

This is a must see in Barcelona. The history and the story behind the Basilica is amazing. The Golden Hour tour even added more interest to the visit. Our guide Isabel was wonderful. She is knowledgeable and speaks multiple languages very well. She also adds extra insight into the design and background of the project. Highly recommend!

Barcelona in a day.

Excellent tour. Nice amount of walking and travelling to other sites by bus to get a good feel for the city. Our guide Andreas (Andrew) was really excellent and had a great sense of humour. The only one draw back and I’m not sure if this was spelt out in the promotional material for the tour is that the ticket to Sagrada Família did not include the audio tour. You could obviously buy that once you’re inside the Sagrada Família but that should have been explained to us before hand. So in some ways we felt the tour was a bit incomplete. Otherwise everything was really good.

We had an insightful visit of the Sagrada Familia basilica with Ester. There could be a lot to say about that place, but we had cool presentations of the secrets hiddens of the facades, the interior, the columns, the glasses, the main door, the dedication of Gaudi to this monument. Merci per tot.
